I have an accurate 2024 MDX with less than 20,000 miles

I have an accurate 2024 MDX with less than 20,000 miles on it. I went in because my sensors for my braking system went out and according to the Acura dealership in Fife, the factory warranty is not good because my car is from Canada. They wouldn’t fix the problem unless I paid even though on the Acura website, it says that the Acura factory warranty is transferable from Canada to the United States.

I have an accurate 2024 MDX with less than 20,000 miles on it. Thank you Richard at Fife!

I am a senior citizen cancer patient, and have owned my Acura RL for about 21 years. I would have bought another one, but cancer prevented that. I took my RL into Hinshaw's in Fife, WA on 12/16/21 and then again on 02/19/22. I highly recommend Hinshaw's in Fife! They were absolutely wonderful and helped me with my car even though it is so old. Everyone was patient, courteous, friendly and efficient. They all were working hard, and they actually paid attention to their customers. Even though every single person I encountered was wonderful and helpful, I have to do a special shout for Richard who helped me in February, I can never thank him enough for solving my car challenge. This was the best experience I have ever had with a car anywhere including the Acura Dealership in Santa Monica, CA who were terrible. Thank you, Richard! Thank you to everyone who helped me! Thank you Hinshaw!

No customer loyalty with new GM!

Service Dept. In 2022? RUN! The new GM Tim doesn't take care of his customers. Profit over principle, he will nickel and dime you to death. Customer loyalty means nothing to him. 10+ years of history was thrown away over a squabble of 8 weeks time for a full warranty battery replacement. So in other words $60. WOW. Talk about short sightedness!

Acura is the Best

My Mom recently broke her back and wanted an suv that was easy for her to get into and Hunter found her the best one on the lot for her. He had the right amount of attentiveness and patience. He let the RDX sell itself. Great SUV. We got a fair price for the trade in too. My husband and I feel they were the right people to guide my mother to a safe and comfortable vehicle. It's worth the trip to Fife for Hinshaw's Acura, they will treat you right.

Anthony has provided excellent customer service, providing great info on both used and new cars. He has continued to reach out, answering all the questions I have. Best car buying experience

I was apprehensive in buying from a dealer, my past purchases were with private parties, but my first impression of Sunny Singh, I felt comfortable and he really listed to what I was looking for. Purchase of our 2015 Acura Mdx

Purchased our first Acura MDX after years of owning Lexus. Our salesman was Anmal, and he made our experience enjoyable and no high pressure. The purchase took a few days as we looked at several other vehicles,specials and financing. We came back to Hinshaws for our purchase and Anmal was one of the reasons. Would recommend him to our friends and family for future purchases and we will buy again in the future from him.
