I don’t really care for dealing with any car sales department. I was really hoping for more from them given the exceptional service department. I spent months waiting for the car I wanted to be on their lot because I wanted to buy from them again based on exceptional service they have done for me but if I had it to do again I would probably have just bought somewhere else and taken it there for service. To clarify a little the salesman was good but the sales manager and finance manager didn’t listen well and were not my favorite.

Fantastic service and hospitality as usual - loaner car issued for longer service and they even returned my car detailed! Also appreciate their care and concern in following safety protocol for Covid 19

Great dealer for buying or servicing a car
I hate buying new cars. The experience has always been pushy and unpleasant. This is not true at Honda of Fife. Michael and Thomas were incredibly helpful and fun to work with. They figured out quickly what we were looking for and we bought the CRV Touring that they gave us to test drive. We did visit two other Honda dealers in the area. Not so great.

Appreciate that all staff was following proper protocol for Covid 19. My problem with my car was solved in a quick manner. Staff was very helpful.

It was much smoother process with an appointment as this was my 6th new Honda purchased !Only thing I don’t like is all the warranty add ons that are pressured at signing! The price is hidden and just the payment difference is disclosed until the end!That I did not receive a brochure that details warranty’s I purchased , as it is so much to remember!Cole in the service department was awesome to work with and gave me Jalen as a referral! I purchased a new CRV and referred my daughter same day purchased a new Pilot! This is my 4th new Honda at Fife.

We found the right car for us
Everything was handled courteously & professionally. Our questions were answered & we felt no pressure to buy. The price we paid seems fair. I have to tell you one thing though. We were depressed to see an entire line of butchered trees on the freeway side of the lot. By cutting them back like that you've essentially killed them, so why have them there at all? It would be lovely to see a line of leafy trees like you have on the other side. If your reason for this massacre is so you can see the lot from the freeway, that's just stupid. People don't go to a lot because they see it from the road. In any case, just put up a sign behind the trees! Cut them down completely or let them grow. What you've done is a sad & sorry eyesore.

I’ve taken all my cars here for the past 12 years....
I’ve taken all my cars here for the past 12 years. Usually I trust their recommendations but today I had a new guy that I’m not sure about. I feel I got talked into an oil change that I may not have needed. My car said I had 30% oil life left. I agreed to the oil change after the rep recommended it. Afterwards I got in my car and it read 30% left. Did they really change anything?

After 16 years it's still nice to stop by get the car...
After 16 years it's still nice to stop by get the car serviced, say hi and look around at the new cars. Service team is always pleasant and knowledgeable. With team leaders like Jeff Parks.
