Replace axle seal
Leah set up our appointment, met us when we arrived, informed us it would take about 3 hours, called for transport back home rather than waiting there. Her focus was on customer care.

No Brake Inspection?
Odyssey oil & filter were changed quickly, Van was washed & vacuumed. Honda Multi-Point Inspection was performed last two times our Odyssey was serviced at Capitol City Honda. However, upon arriving home & filing the paperwork, I noticed that tire tread measurements increased from 5/32 the previous service to 6/32 this service. That's confusing as I did not replace tires between services. It seems to me that one of the measurements must have been in error. More importantly, neither of the last two Multi-Point Inspections included the brakes, which I would think is one of the most important safety items to check.

Capitol City Honda Service Dept. helps me maintain my car so I feel safe on the road in all conditions. Their recommendations for future service help me plan for the big financial "chunks" that have to come from time to time. Mechanics are great folks whose skills I appreciate and can't do without! The service reps always explain everything to me clearly and answer my questions with patience. You folks rock!

CRV service
Had service done per schedule announced in the car. Everything completed quickly. The contact person was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done, what could wait for another time and set up another appointment at my convenience to replace a part that would take longer than I had time for today. Good job!
