We purchased a 2012 Nissan Rogue this year from the same salesman that we purchased our 2010 Armada from. We had to track him down since the original dealership... was sold and our salesman relocated here. Both experiences were painless and actually fun. We found that the Bruce Titus team is great to work with and they never pressured us to buy anything. Each purchase, we wanted something that wasn't available on their lot, so Steve found us exactly what we wanted and had the vehicles delivered and detailed for us. The service and finance departments were great to work with and we were never pressured to buy products we didn't want. Financing was easy and quick. What impressed us the most was that when we were considering purchasing a Rogue, I contacted Steve Perovich and he brought one to us so that we didn't have to drive to Olympia. Once we completed the test drive, he ordered one for us and we've been really happy with our purchase. Overall, I really like the way Bruce Titus runs his dealerships and the way his staff treats customers. I just wish he would acquire an Infiniti dealership, but at least his service can service our Infiniti if we need work done.
It's been a few years since buying a car from a dealership and I was expecting the typical pressured sales tactic of years past. I was pleasantly surprised... - Raymond and Tyler were very friendly and accommodating and we were able to strike a deal that didn't take all day haggling back and forth, and more importantly there were no surprises and we had our eyes wide open through the entire process. Todd in finance was excellent to work with and hunted down a very low interest rate for us. I recommend Bruce Titus to anyone and would definitely purchase again from them.
