1997 Ford F-250....

WOW!!!...This is how I wish to start my review...Rich Hartman....You need to be proud of your dealership in Aberdeen....You need to change your dealership from 5 Star to 10 Star...Where do I begin????On the 4th of June..my hunting buddy picked me up and went to check a Ford F-250 1997 at your dealership in Aberdeen...My hunting buddy Bobby truck broke down about 2 blocks from your dealership and we coasted into the parking lot of the dealership with ni power steering...Not only did they fix his truck..with a GREAT discount...but I got the 1997 F-250 for a remarkable price...It came with a 18 month or 18,000 mile warrenty...We walked out of there feeling like we were royality... Bobby and I would like to thank Allen..David and Mike for proving that there is still a business that still feels that the customer is No. 1...They even had the truck parked in the shade the whole time we were there...It was 92 that day.. You guys knocked it out of the park..As the man..The Great Dave Niehaus..would say..." Get out the Rye bread and Mustard Grandma..It's Grand Salami time.."

Southside Aberdeen

Just want to say that the sales man Shawn and GM Allan were great and very informational on the purchase of our 2016 Toyota Tundra. With the information given to my husband Rob H and I, it was the deciding factor for us and we are very pleased. I would recommend any one to go and see either of the guys and get want you want. :) :) Very polite guys !!!!!!!!

Made buying a vehicle a breeze!

We would absolutely recommend 5star if you are interested in buying. Salesmen were NOT pushy at all. Felt like they listened to our needs, not trying to just sell a vehicle.

Friendly Staff, Great Service

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Five Star Motors in Aberdeen, WA. Allen, the manager, and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the SUV that I purchased. Even tho I could have my new vehicle serviced at a Toyota Dealership closer to my home, I plan to travel 50 miles to Five Star to have my vehicle serviced in the future. Take advantage of the friendly service at Five Star...you'll be happy that you did!

Poor Service

We were there for 40 minutes. No one greeted or spoke to us. Went inside the dealership and again no one assisted. Internet and marked prices varied wildly.

Having just moved to the area, I found this dealership the closest and decided to try them for my required service. I was totally blown away by the courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness of the service team. They explainedthe various options available and helped make the decision extremely easy. Also, I was surprised how reasonable costs were compared to the DC area where we moved from for the same services My sincere thanks. I found a dealer who is the star of customer service

Highlander purchase

Fantastic experience from the start to the finish! Allen, David and everyone I worked with was knowledgeable about the car and did NOT execute the dreaded "car salesman tactics". I will definitely recommend anyone to try them out - you will not be disappointed! The fact that I drove from Bellingham to Aberdeen says something!
