Found the pickup that I needed.

Found the pickup that I needed. Salesman Robert Fletcher was over the top helpful, we were traveling through and were in a tight spot and Robert went above and beyond to get us back on the road. If I'm in the area and looking for a new rig, I'm going to give Robert a call. !!!

The service Department scheduled my appointment for

The service Department scheduled my appointment for diagnostics at 7:30 A.M. No one was available to diagnose the problem until 8:30 A.M. - simply inconvenient and a waste of my time. When it was time to pay for the service and repair (over $800) an undisclosed fee was added to my bill. Attempts to resolve the unauthorized additional charge were met with resistance and poor communication. The Service Representative readily admitted that he was at fault. It took almost two weeks for the dealership to make it right, no explanation for the delay.

Oil change went quickly and didn't get a lot of pressure

Oil change went quickly and didn't get a lot of pressure for additional services. A check engine light prompted a quick return to the shop, but it was quickly rectified.
