    Purchased a Corvette from Clary, which went smoothly. A week later I had an intermittent Service Charging System message. I brought it in, with no appointment and Susan immediately took the car in. After two days of difficult troubleshooting an intermittent issue, they made a repair and I was on my way....for a week. The message returned and again I brought it in with no appointment and again they gave me immediate attention. A very difficult to diagnose issue was found and promptly repaired. No one likes car problems and no one likes repeat visits but I can say that I was treated very well and was impressed. I will continue to use Clary's service department in the event I have further service needs. Thank you Brad in sales and thank you Susan in service.

    I fully recommend you contact Ian Burgess if you are in need of a new car. He is very knowledgeable about all the cars whether it's on the Subaru, or the Chevy lot. I have had horrible experiences at other dealerships with pushy salesmen. I am happy to say I have bought 2 new cars here in the last few years, and will go here again.

    Be ware! If you are the type who will pay more than twice the market price for parts and service to be able to say the work was done by a dealer then this is for you. We went to Bud for an ABS light that had been coming on and a fan that only worked on high. The ABS issue was corrected by replacing the control module and a sensor. I doubt both parts were bad. That would be like having your computer and mouse go bad at the same time. The real issue though is that they charged twice the price any other supplier sells the genuine parts for and they billed 5 hours at $100 per hour. I know that 2.5 hours would have been more than ample time to do the work. It's 2017, one can watch ASE certified mechanics do the exact same procedures on the same model vehicle on YouTube! Then the clincher, they offered a $99 dollar service package. We declined because last time that package turned into $150 with the type and amount of oil in the particular vehicle. They billed the $99 anyway! We had to go back and have it refunded but the bill was still over $1200 for an ABS ECM, an ABS wheel sensor, and a fan resistor. Even if Bud Clary mailed us a check for the $600 of over the top charges, we wouldn't go back to them in the future.
