Jimmie is amazing salesmen u have a question he will answer it back professional and he is very nice no questions asked. I purchases a Rav 4 from Dick Hanna Toyota in Kelso. The over all buying process was good. Due to human error on the contract, The dealership did not... collect the correct tax and the purchase price for my trade in was more. The dealers ship expected me to pay the tax out of the money they owed me for the trad in. After talking to the General manage Dick Hanna agree to pay the tax and send me the money the ow for the trade in. I feel Dick Hanna Toyota made it right with me due to a human error on there side, they did not try and rip me off. I would purchase a car from them again due to their loyalty to their customers.

Tried to buy a new Venza via email negotiations. 20 emails later and I still couldn’t get a straight answer about the final price. I did receive lots of,... “let me talk to my manger” responses. They’re not up front about processing fees etc. 2 emails to the dealer in Wilsonville answered all my questions.

mr hanna, we were in an emergency situation, anxious and worried we wouldnt have transportation. your employees from service, sales,finance, made it flawless.... nice lives here, truly. they helped us choose a car that would be safe and reliable. i felt like they looked at us and decided what would i want my parents, and made it happen. jimmie hawkins was understanding, and patient. nick sisson is a gem. he explained everything, and was more than patient. you should be very proud of these employees, and if it were up to me, i'd give them a raise....

I just went for my second recall repair appt after it was re-scheduled previously because the parts were back ordered. They checked me in, and as I was... getting ready to leave, confirmed that the parts had not arrived yet and that they would call me to reschedule when they arrived. My husband and I changed around our morning and he missed a work meeting to be able to give me a ride home. We both left very frustrated we weren’t informed the parts weren’t even there and we would have to reschedule before arriving.
