Great service and hassle free!

Just called Curt to trade our Kia Soul that he sold us on a used BMW X1. Fair price and easy to work with. I will work with Curt anytime!!!

Matt & John were AWESOME!!!!

We can't say enough great things about Matt & John. It was the Best experience buying a car. They were so accommodating and laid back that it wasn't stressful. They did such a great job that not only did I buy my Forte but my husband fell in love with and purchased a Sportage the same day. I love my Sorento so Kia had found repeat customers especially when you have "Awesome" people to work with like Matt & John. Give those great employees raises!!!! 😃

Service department

I can't say enough about Devin and his team in the service department. My car broke down while I was 8 hours from home. Dick Hannah was the closest Kia dealership for service. From the initial assessment, warranty process, timely updates, and a follow up check in after delivery, Devin made sure I was kept in the loop, and the process was moving forward. I appreciate the wonderful job they did, and would recommend this service department to anyone.

Second car buying experience with thissalesperson.

We were so pleased our first go around in 2013, that we came back in 2016! Much to our pleasure Brian was still at the dealership and was present the day we decided to upgrade. We followed the same routine this time as last time with the same happy result. We will be back again for the next upgrade! Keep up the great customer service and the wonderful follow ups.

I love my car!

Thank you Curt and Barry

I had another great experience at this dealership. Curt was so nice and helpful. He helped us narrow down the type of car we were looking for and we absolutely love the Kia Soul we ended up with. We visited the dealership a few times before making our decision and Curt was always available to answer questions and test drive vehicles. He got us a lower rate and I am so grateful he worked so hard for us. He's so positive and optimistic, he must really love his job. Barry helped us again with the finance part (he helped us 2 years ago), he also remembered us! He's personable and made the rest of the paperwork easier to understand. I highly recommend this dealership and the people that work there. Thank you guys so much! :)

Car purchase

I had the experience last year of working with Ray in getting into exactly what I wanted. He found my car and the purchase was fast and easy. I did pay in full for my car, but still had a hassle free experience. he was curtious and helpful. Since my purchase he has made a point to contact me periodically to see how things are going with the car. I notified Ray a week ago asking him for help to find my daughter a car. We came in last Sunday, we were all greeted with his big smile ready to help attitude. The process was again smooth, and hassle free. She got into a car she liked, reliable and much safer for her and my 7 month old grandaughter. The finance part worked out great and she is one happy girl!!! Thank you to the staff that worked with us and especially Ray!! We will keep refering our friends and family to this dealership and of course to Ray!
