We just acquired our 4th vehicle from Dick Hannah Kia, and we couldn't be happier. Absolutely no pressure, only a clear effort to help. From just coming on the lot, to working with the finance manager, to signing the paperwork...we felt comfortable with the whole process and we drove away with a satisfied feeling. Not to mention that we switched from Toyota to Kia 6 years ago and haven't looked back. Nothing looks as sharp as a Kia and there is no better tech for that price range. Ask for Brian! Alan was a great salesman. He was knowledgable, not pushy and did a great job ensuring we were comfortable with the features of our new vehicle. My only complaint was with the manger/financing process. We had a straight forward transaction and the process felt like it took all day. We were spent by the end.
