If I could rate this dealership lower, I would. I know this is my experience, but staff was very rude and dismissive. Especially a supervisor named Brian. He seemed to not care about customer service at all. Never will I get back there.

Could not have been worse.

Could not have been worse. They damaged my car. I flew across the country on a Saturday to pick it up and they would not leave it outside for me to pick up even though it was all warranty. Awful awful awful. They wanted me to wait until the following week to pick up.

Although short staffed, they did try to ensure you are in

Although short staffed, they did try to ensure you are in good hands until you were helped by a sales person. Can't argue that. Sales went fine and got what I wanted specifically even if it took waiting a couple of days. Totally worth it. If you need a new vehicle, Bill is your guy. -Chris I.

Had a very good experience We needed a new a/c

Had a very good experience We needed a new a/c condenser and work on the compressor which was done by the end of the day including a transmission service at a reasonable cost Thanks Ryan at Larry H Miller Downtown Honda Spokane

More than not there is always an issue.

More than not there is always an issue. Oil changes take 3hrs for a scheduled appointment. Poor communication when vehicle is being serviced. I always get the excuse that they are shorthanded and had to shift things around. When I bought my car and they called for it to be picked up the tail light was broken, the interior was still wet, they lost one of the key fobs. If it weren't for the Honda name I wouldn't and it being the only Honda dealership here I wouldn't do business here.

The dealership was very nice.

The dealership was very nice. They even gave me a loaner while my car was being repaired. The only problem I had is, I felt like this should’ve been covered under warranty although they did help me with the payment. It still should’ve been a warranty issue as my warranty only expired 2000 miles and I had been taken it in for this issue for sometime and it was misdiagnosed or not diagnosed Again, the people were great ! And the part came in six months sooner than expected yay
