Brett and Randy were extremely professional and were able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. My wife and I were treated with respect ...and we wanted to let you know that we will be back for to see you for our next Honda. This is my third Honda from Downtown Honda, and I have always left feeling that I got the best deal possible and I totally enjoy working with professionals who know their job like Brett and Randy. I was so pleased with my total repair/recall work that was finished! Eric Garcia at the front desk was courteous,and knowledgeable about my appoint...ment and my cars history! Matt in the repair department was outstanding in his knowledge Of additional needed tests on my car. He was extremely courteous and kept in touch throughout the repairs needed. Valerie in the main office also needs huge kudos for all the work she did getting the VIN number problem solved! Please let the above employees know of my satisfaction with their efforts, kindness and courteous ways!
