Excellent service!

Excellent service! Gerardo Manzo was expecting me, knew what I wanted from my email requesting service, beat the cost estimate and time estimate.

On 6-15-24 I went to Dishman Dodge for an oil change and

On 6-15-24 I went to Dishman Dodge for an oil change and tire rotation. Gerado Manzo was my service contact there. After a reasonable amount of time, I was told the car was ready, but they couldn't rotate my tires to to excessive wear and down to the legal limit for rotation of 2/32". I questioned this finding due to my Bridgestone tires only had 24K miles on them since new and they carried a 70K mile warranty. Gerado told me I was out of luck for warranty and I would need new tires. This didn't sit well, so I left and did some research. I looked over my vehicle report given to me from Dishman and discovered the tread depth was 6/32" and well within the rotation minimum. I contacted Bridgestone and explained everything and they gave me a Reference number for a Bridgestone dealer to make the adjustment. I also went to a Firestone and Les Schwab dealer (who did rotate them) and got confermation all was good and Dishman was just trying to sell me tires. I was using them as my go to dealership, but never more. They can't be trusted for correct diagnosis. I also called the Service Manager the following Friday and he has yet to call me back. NOT REPUTABLE!!!!

NO INTEGRITY. POOR WORKMANSHIP

Very disappointed with the shop and the service manager. I had to have a fuel tank replaced. That took about three weeks. They had to replace my tank with a used one. The service manager told me that that tank had been inspected by three people. On vacation several months later my fuel pump went out eight hours from home. When I took my truck to a repair shop they dropped my tank to replace my pump and found 10 t-shirts stuffed in the tank that caused my pump to fail. We have pictures. Upon returning to Spokane I went into speak with the service manager who told us a different story about where that tank came from. I made the point that the bottom line was that they installed that tank on my vehicle. He said he needed to look into it. When he got back to me, he told me they would not reimburse me for what happened. I was told that 3 people looked at that tank. When I said I would get records on where the tank came from he changed his story. (Very dishonest) he also insinuated I may have vandalized my own truck. I was of the opinion I was dealing with a company that has integrity, apparently not.

Used the online service request, received an email

Used the online service request, received an email confirming my request but that was it. I called to verify my appointment and was told I didn't have an appointment and that they don't due online appointments. This was the second time I've used the online service request. The first time I received my email confirming the request but that was it. I called that time to confirm my appointment and I was scheduled for the day and time I requested. I won't be going back!!

Took my 2003 Dodge Diesel in for an "regular oil change",

Took my 2003 Dodge Diesel in for an "regular oil change", and they put in Synthetic oil against my request when I checked it in! I purchased the truck new, and been going to Dishman since 2008 for maintenance. They quoted me $120.00, My bill came out to $133.00? OH, they took off $1.40 for being a Vietnam Vet! They also quoted me $700.00 to replace my batteries. I went down the street and got new truck batteries and installed for less than $300.00. Just think if you purchase a vehicle at Disman, what type of service to expect?

I got a check engine light on my new ram 3500 Called them

I got a check engine light on my new ram 3500 Called them and was told they couldn't read code for two weeks. I went and had code read, called them and a woman told me she couldn't tell me what it was but a service writer or technician would call me back never heard a word. I hope it isn't a serious problem.

My daughter bought a 2011 ram, she had a code pop up p301 ,dishman bent over backwards to make it right, fuel injector, cat ,then cam .very impressed with the service, you wont find any better service anywhere.
