One of the most pleasant car-buying experiences I’ve had. Arn was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He steered me to the perfect car for my needs. At my request, he provided a detailed comparison with Kelley Blue Book value, in writing, and beat that price significantly. He accompanied on the test drive and was enthusiastic and knowledgable about the car (even though it was a Honda). The car had passed a 170 point inspection by certified mechanics. Arn shared the car fax report, and the disclosure statement from prior owner. Standard with any used car from this dealership is a 6 month power train warranty, and two free oil changes in that time. And there is a 3 day grace period to return the car if I had any second thoughts or concerns. What a comfort to see that level of confidence in the used cars they sell! I’m glad I went with a major dealer versus one of the small corner lot outfits. I received Professional A++ service, with no pressure whatsoever. I ended up with the perfect car for me at a fair and competitive price. I would not hesitate to buy a car from Kendall Toyota again. Thank you Arn!

Very efficient salesperson. Took his time an pretty much explained everything I needed to know about my new RAV4. He has called an followed up as to any problems I was having a willing to answer any questions.

Excellent service and communication with my service advisor TRISTEN. My ask of TOYOTA CORP is to put a dealership in SOLDOTNA, AK. There are MANY TOYOTAS on the Kenai Peninsula and we need to drive all the way to ANC for service and purchase. PLEASE PLEASE put a dealership on the Kenai Peninsula!!!!

My salesman Arn was a delight to work with. He was prompt to reply to my messages. He had the car I wanted to test drive ready to go and all the information readily available for me to review. Arn was a great listener and was so thorough in answering my questions. It was a totally no pressure sale. He was so funny and friendly I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. All the staff at Kendall Toyota were so polite and friendly. I really appreciated all their help. To top it off my car was brought to me freshly washed and warmed.

Arm was a super salesman. He was attentive. Followed through on all promises. He knew when I was getting impatient with waiting for the inspection process and he pushed his service team. He treated my daughter and I like VIPs during the buying process. I would work with Arn again and again!! I appreciated Arn through the entire process.

Sales person was very helpful. I came in a week earlier to shop for a Toyota Tacoma, checking out both new and used vehicles. Following week, I was able to settle on a new Tacoma.

I had a good review of new trucks at this dealership (Kendall Toyota). The salesman (Ave) was very helpful. I will pick up the new registration soon and I am scheduled for a review of the graphic screen with Ave. Very satisfied at this time
