I purchased my used Lexus RX450 h apprx 2 weeks ago. I began my purchase via Cargurus; I live in Illinois and of course, Darcars is in MD. Stephen was my Sales Person and he was great to work with. I really didn't bother negotiating because my research showed the price was great already, which is why I chose to purchase outside of Illinois. Once I started working with the Finance Manager, Marjahan Akter, things were smooth Until I saw the paperwork and realized that much of my down payment would be tied up in 2 warranties which totalled almost $10k-Insane!!! I requested she remove the warranties and resend the contract. It was clear I had impacted her purse because we never verbally spoke again and.. To top it off, when I arrived on Saturday to close my deal and drive my car home, she was with another customer (no issue at all with this), once I requested other assistance, she came from her office and would not look my way to even say hi, or I'm sorry, someone else will assist you, or, it's nice to meet you-no, the writing was clearly on the wall-I had taken money from her pocket by canceling the warranties. Again, Stephen was a young salesman man that was very help and management did take care of me. The facility is beautiful, Management stepped up, my overall experience was good, my drive home was wonderful and I love my car!

Went to see an Audi q4-2022; worked with Alan who is obviously new to car sales. He was very nice, allowed us to test drive without him since we knew the area and ensured our math was mathing. Decided to get the vehicle, waited a little too long to meet with finance, but Stefany was very nice and we were out quickly. Happy with my purchase and overall experience.
