    Buying a car is stressful. Buying a expensive high-end car is even more stressful. The employees at Silver Spring Lexus took all the stress away and made... the buying process straight-forward and transparent. I love the “soft-ride,” of a Lexus. I want to thank these employees: Trevor Warwick: For appraising my trade and giving me “top-dollar,” for my trade. Andreas Tsirikos & Oksana Kolinyk: For making a very expensive car. . .very affordable. Tony Kim: Treating me like family, showing me all the buttons on my new car, pairing my phone, giving me Lexus’ bags to move all my stuff from the old car to the new car. He even installed my all season mats in my new car. Thank you. Sally Morshed: Making the paperwork signing fast and efficient. I bought the 3 for 1 protection which includes wheels, tires, and windshield. She saved me LOTS of money and really made the complicated paperwork process simple and easy, Thank you Sally~!     STAY FAR AWAY!! from this sleazy dealership!!! I bought a pre owned Jeep 6/29/18 and 3 days later the check engine light came on and my truck was jerking.... When I returned back to the dealership the disgusting salesman Waquar told me that the truck is still under warranty and I should take it to the jeep service center. Let me remind you this dealership has a warranty of 30 days 1000. If I bought the jeep at Darcars Lexus I will return it if experienced any issues!!! !!!!DARCARS will not honor warranty claims!! Lucky there was a Chystler service center next door to check the issue. I left my new truck at the service center for 4 days. There was a recall on the jeep which Darcars failed to notify me before the sale of this vehicle. !!!!DARCARS will not address safety recalls!! Finance manager Nora Cruz wrote up the bill of sales. The first bill was written up wrong because the odometer was inaccurate .The dealer stated that the vehicle has 3400 miles but it was only 2900. The finance manager Nora Cruz said that she would void my initial check for $24,000.  After making some adjustments, the second bill of sales was written up for $22,000 .I opted out of an extended warranty.  When spoke to my bank today I was informed that the check was cashed  for $24,000!! I clearly had a new bill of sale for $22,402.99 to be exact. As of 7/7/18 I'm still waiting her to return my money. !!! DARCARS scammed me   Chelsea Grant pre owned sales manager very lazy only cares about getting a sales. Has zero customer service. Very rude to her staff. This dealership is sleazy, deceptive, dishonest, has poor customer service. They made my car buying experience a nightmare.

    I purchased a 2013 Lexus GS from Lexus of Silver Spring last month. Andreas was salesman who helped me with the purchase. He was extremely informative... about all the functions of the car as well as the differences between other Lexus models. When I was getting ready to make a decision, he wasn't pushy or over the top but he did go out of his way to make sure every one of my questions were answered. I felt like a got a good deal and was happy with the financing package as well. Since I've bought many cars in the past, I didn't expect to hear from Lexus again after I took delivery except for the occasional marketing mailer. My experience with Andreas has been much different. He followed up with me after the sale and also took the time to answer questions about the car's many functions when I was back at the dealership for my first service. I would highly recommend using Andreas if you're thinking about purchasing a new Lexus!

    Service Department: During a routine maintenance check, I had an appointment, which apparently I could only see one service advisor named CJ, who was on... the phone for 15 minutes while I waited. The two other service advisors were very unhelpful, even telling me to just sit in CJ's office while he was on the phone. Then a third service advisor was very helpful and interrupted CJ to notify him that I was waiting. I was told a simple oil change (part of my sales package) takes 30 minutes. CJ informed me at minimum 60-90 minutes and stressed "at minimum". He did apologize for the longer than expected wait, but unacceptable to be duped once he mentioned I was misinformed about the wait time for my maintenance package - even a simple oil change. Darcar's needs to get their service staff in check and up to the Lexus standard of professionalism. I have a beautiful car but with terrible follow-up service. Finally I will mention that CJ did nothing to even make my experience comfortable. PS. The newly renovated waiting area is a joke, where were the chair massages as indicated in the emails I received?!

    I recently bought my 2018 Lexus RXL and Sam Kim made that happen for me. He is extremely knowledgable and literally made us feel like family. He was very... patient with us and made sure our needs were met. He even took the time to set up all of the car features for me. Thank you Sam for making my dream come true! I finally own a Lexus!

    Sales person Andreas is a very rude, impolite, and disrespectful person. He has no understanding of the process and doesn't care about customer's needs... and concerns. Would not advise anyone to go to this dealership.

    One of the worst car buying experiences ever. I purchased vehicle outright no financing from dealer. They screwed up completing my check from the bank... and the Car broke down two day after purchase. Staff was very unprofessional and careless about inconvenience or getting problem fixed.(managers Billy and Chelsea were there worst) No return calls or emails. Now two weeks after getting car repaired it broke down again. Save yourself the headache shop at a luxury dealer that appreciates your business.

    The absolute best car buying experience that you can possibly get. Every one of my adult family members have leased multiple cars and each visit is better... than the next. Ask for Trevor Warwick or Alex Abbaszadeh and you will receive the very best care.

    Would never go to them for anything still waiting for over 3 weeks for a deposit to be returned after being told it would happen 3 times . Last time only... to be told we were wrong for giving it to them as it was never needed to hold a car. Well all I can say is for not asking for it they sure must need it more than me because its impossible to get them to send it back. Had to dispute it with my credit card company to make sure it would happen. . From the salesman , to the manager to the finance person they all have a reason why it has not happened. Bought from another dealership no games played.
