One of the worse service i experience in my life disrespectful employee and demanding when the vehicle is mine and basically told me to leave
I had very strange buying experience at Empire Hyundai. It was almost like they were trying to find ways not to do business with them. Here’s what I’m... referring to: 1. The advertised price on Cars.com is not the selling price. The actual price was actually more than $3,000 more which includes either your trade, cash, and any reconditioning the vehicle needed. They mentioned it is included in the ad which it wasn’t 2. I waited over an hour to see the finance manager after we agreed on the selling price. It wasn’t until I actual drove off that they flagged me down and said I was next. According to the finance manger someone had called in sick. This was never passed on to me as I would have gone to get something to eat rather than just wait in the showroom. 3. A week after giving them a check and signing the title I received a call from the salesman asking if I needed new plates or was transferring plates. I had indicated that this was a new registration at the time of the sale so obviously nothing had been done for a week. 4. Finally a week and a half after paying for the vehicle I received a call saying it was ready...almost. They didn’t have time to get an inspection sticker so they left a voucher (that I paid for) for a station nearby that I could take it to. 5. When picking up the vehicle, my salesman was not there. I was met at the front door and asked if I needed help. I indicated that I was there to pick the vehicle parked out front. He got the keys just handed them to me and wished me good luck. 6. I didn’t have time to try to find the inspection station so I just headed home (40 mins away). I also noticed they was less than a 1/4 of a tank of gas. 7. Finally, I had the station I normally do business with do the inspection. It failed for three issues obviously overlooked by Empire Hyundai’s 151 point inspection. You can take from this what you’d like. Maybe I expect a higher level of customer service than most people. As I business owner I like my customers to feel that I appreciate them doing business with me. I certainly didn’t get that feeling from Empire Hyundai.
I stopped in to look for a pre-owned vehicle. I met a young salesperson named Zack. He engaged well, and asked all the right questions, without being... pushy. Empire did not have the particular vehicle I was looking for, but I will surely be back for the next one thanks to the experience I had with Zack.
Zack was great to work with. He was a very patient an knowledgeable salesman. I'm not sure which make I want to buy but Zack let me check out the cars... I liked without any pressure. When I decide to make my purchase it will be from Zack at Empire Hyundai.
I just want to send a big thank you to our salesman Preston Hendricks for his time, patience and knowledge with my cousin and I when we came there to purchase... a car. It took her so long to decide what she wanted she would have drove me crazy!!!! Not to mention the hoops and hurdles he went through to financially get her approved. Great job!!! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle be it new or used go visit this fellow right here, Preston Hendricks he is amazing!!! He will do what it takes.
Had showed up to Empire Hyundai not knowing what to expect, as I walked through the lot I had been greeted by a young man named Zack. Zack had welcomed... me to the dealership and had brought me to a desk where he could help. He had found me the right car that I was looking for and did his all to get me the price I needed with a little help of a manager. Would highly recommend buying a car off Zack.
Had Zack as a salesperson, he ran around and worked hard to find me the car I wanted and did his everything to help. Was a blast to have a conversation... with and would recommend him to anyone looking for a car.
