An excellent expereince

We were two years into a three year lease when we received a what I considered to be a "come on" in the mail. My husband went over and redeemed the gift and he talked with a staff member Jason. Jason indicated that he/they could work with us to get out of our current lease. We returned the next day and were able to work out a solution to our satisfaction. We ended up leasing another Elantra.

STAY AWAY

This is the worst dealership I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They messed up the paperwork TWICE, so I was driving a car illegally for a week because of them failing to get my car registered. NOW, I have had this car for three weeks, and they have not paid off my last car so it went into collections and is ruining my credit. They say they will call me back everytime, and get fed BS from people who clearly don't know what they are doing. I'm taking them to court, which I notified them of, and told me they would have their VP call me yesterday before 9:30. I received no such call. I had to fight for my TrueCar price guaranteed savings. Bunch of old school sales managers. Please stay away you'll regret dealing with them.

My new Tucson

Tony Reis was a real professional and showed me a few different vehicles before I made my final decision.At no point did I feel pressued and I finally fell in love with the 2017 Tucson
