Just bought a highlander from Fred Hollman at Toyota of Wallingford and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Fred was knowledgeable and genuinely matched us with the right car and was able to get us one of the last remaining 2018 models which saved us some $$. Fred was excellent. Also proud to use this dealership because Steve Zion (owner) is extremely involved in philanthropic giving to the local school system and students. Proud to finally be a patron.

Thank you for tending specifically to our family’s needs. We walked in with a need and drove out with a car. We appreciate the professionalism, humor, kindness and attention to detail that Jon brought to the table. Bill was a big help with crossing the t’s, dotting the i’s and making sure the numbers added up correctly. A few minor adjustments will be made to the vehicle this coming week as agreed upon at the time of the sale, but overall we are pleased that our needs were met by Jon above and beyond our expectations.

Great customer service from the start to the end from everyone. When Amanda first reached out to me, I was skeptic about going in due to my credit history, but after a month I finally decided to go in. When I arrived, Amanda introduced me to Steve who was able to help me....anyways long story short, I completed a soft credit check and Bill in the finance department started to work on my paperwork and came back with great results and despite a few little glitches, Bill was able to get me a brand new car with affordable payments and maintenance package. Will never be back and not recommend your dealership. You and your manager are so rude and unprofessional!! I came in to see a car and you had to go get your manager. Why?, because you didn’t believe me? And he was even ruder!! I got a better deal with a different dealership, less miles on the car and free oil changes and batteries as long as I own the car.

I went looking for a comfortable price and an affordable vehicle that will match my expectations which thanks to the salesperson and management team help I was able to obtained both a great monthly payment and auto price.
