Mike and Rob were fantastic! I was really comfortable with the whole process. I didn't feel pressured and I feel like I left there knowing everything I had to. Rob went over all of our numbers, breaking them down completely. Mike was awesome when it came to working for the numbers I said I can afford and giving me options. When I sat in the car for the first time, he spent 15 minutes uploading everything for me and explaining every button that was there. They even gave my son a stuffed animal! Not to mention, they have a great playscape for kids! Toyota in wallingford was fantastic and there is no doubt I will be back!.

I had a wonderful experience today and left wishing I could buy that car right then and there. I was taken on a smooth test drive and absolutely loved not being bombarded by anything. No one rushed to help us which is what I prefer. They let me and my mom look around a bit first and only offered insight when asked. They were not pushy and were able to find a car that was well under my budget and I fell in love with it. They really gave me a laid back experience which is exactly what I wanted. I know we all hate being attacked by a car salesman, and this was not that at all. Friendly and easy to talk to. 11/10 would recommend.

Went in to look at and test drive a few cars. Bales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. Presented financing and no hard pressure tactics.

Came in to get my car serviced for a recall and Robert Olsen helped me out. He was so great and helpful. Not often do we get great customer service anymore so when it does happen it needs to be noticed. Great job taking care of customers that need the extra help and guidance.

i visited toyota of wallingford with my girlfriend in 2013. i saw an avalon that i love and told her i was coming back for it when i finish my degree. well, i graduate in 3 weeks and bought the car early. we had a great salesman for our highlander named Ricky and superb one with our avalon, Isaac. Isaac finished our plan for us to have matching cars, he even is going to give her the referral that our other salesman promised, if we returned. we returned and the promise was kept. although i do not remember the finance guy's name, i must include him also because he did a though job as well.!!! in less than a day, i have told strangers all about the car and where i bought it. they love it just as much as i do. i plan on telling everyone to try toyota of wallingford for a new or used car...we sure will !!!! isaac, thank you for everything..you're the best.!!!

Great service and very respectful to women customers. Explained everything and work so we cold get the best price. Recommended what was a good car for what was needed and used for.
