my wife and I are so happy about our experience in buying our car. Mark was wonderful, he was not pushy or want us to buy something we don't need. when we found the car that we wanted, he went above and beyond, and that was also not without the help of his detailer. Overall, we definitely want to get our next car in the dealership, again , and definitely asking for Mark....

The detalership had the exact car that I was looking for....

The detalership had the exact car that I was looking for. And they made the process of purchasing the car from them, a good one. I would definitely go back for any vehicle purchases in the future.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase and shopping...

I am extremely pleased with my purchase and shopping experience at Toyota of Wallingford. My wife and I consider ourselves lucky to have had the opportunity to work with our salesman Evan Douglas. He greeted us when we first walked in the door and was very professional throughout our visit. Evan is very knowledgeable with the Toyota product line. We had a number of questions about the Prius C we were looking at and Evan made sure we understood what every bolt or gadget in the vehicle was used for. It is rare to walk into a car dealer these days to see such professionalism and energy among its employees. I had been car shopping for over 4 months and walking into other dealers the staff looked almost miserable to be there. This is not the case with Toyota of Wallingford. Every face had a smile. When I first called and spoke with Nicole Pace I knew I was on the right track. She informed me the car I wanted to look at was in stock and scheduled me an appointment to come in and speak with Evan. Once I had arrived, Evan showed me the car. I decided I needed some additional features not present in the vehicle I called on. This was not a problem. Evan ran over to another lot to bring over a higher model with what I had requested. After I decided I was looking at the car I wanted to buy, Evan introduced me to his sales manager Frank Mikolike. Frank was also very professional and told me he wanted to earn my business. Based on everything I had been shown on paper regarding pricing, I knew this was the right car to buy. Frank also answered a slew of questions I had regarding leasing this vehicle as it was the first time I had opted for this type of loan. From there, I was brought to sit with Gloria Fernandaz in finance. Gloria was all smiles and had the paperwork ready for us to sign when we walked in. We were in and out in under 20 minutes time from there with our new car. Finally, I just wanted to say I had to return two days later to drop off the title to my trade and pick up my all weather floor mats I had ordered. Evan greeted me and took me to the parts department. After that he went out to my car and installed my new mats with me. How cool is that! I give everyone at Toyota of Wallingford an A+ and they can expect me to see me again in 36 months. I will be recommending them to all my friends/family.

We just want to say Wallingford Toyota went over and...

We just want to say Wallingford Toyota went over and beyond. Yaz was the best salesman we ever dealt with. He is professional experienced and not pushy at all. We use to buy our Toyota and Scion vehicles at another establishment but we will never go to another establishment besides Wallingford Toyota. Aldo Jason in the Business office what a great gentlemen!! He got the deal done and he worked hard. My wife an I love our new Toyota Corolla LE its awesome. Yaz and Jason again thank you so much for everything you did and we will refer everyone we know to you!!!!! M. Carofano and B. Bell

I bought a used Nissan for from them. The sales...

I bought a used Nissan for from them. The sales experience was ok. I called them about the car and talked to Dan who did everything that he could in order to help so I would highly recommend him. They also got my financed which was also a big plus. Where I feel that they failed was in the details and cleaning if the car. They know I was coming for two weeks and they still did a horrible job. I was hoping to see a very clean and nicely detailed car but instead I found dirt all over the inside, little pieces if potato chip in the back and it looks like someone spilled coffee or soda in the center console. I wish who else they had clean the cars take pride in they job. So needless to say I buy the car but have spent hours cleaning it which I find very disrespectful to me as they costumer. I just wish everyone could be as hard working as dan.

We went to Toyota looking to trade in a car and lease 2 cars. I don't like dealerships because it feels like they are trying to scam you out of your money. My experience was not totally awful, but it wasn't great. Our sales rep was wonderful, friendly and worked hard to fit us into the cars we wanted. The actual buying part had some glitches that made Toyota look bad but for the most part they fixed it and we left satisfied. I would recommend the dealership to someone looking to get a Toyota.

I had leased a RAV4 from this dealership in 2011, and...

I had leased a RAV4 from this dealership in 2011, and since the lease would end in 2014, I was starting to receive various offers. I had decided not to take any action until the end of this year. However when, Diane called and asked me to come in to discuss my options, I soon changed my mind. Yamil Ayala, Yaz helped me to see the benefits of making my decision sooner, and am now leasing a 2013 RAV4.

My husband and I just purchased a 2009 Volvo S80 from this dealership. Our salesperson Evan offered tremendous customer service. Our car buying experience wasn't just fantastic, but the best car buying experience we've ever had! Not only was he personable, but he respected our limited amount of time and had the us out of the dealer in just about 2 hours on a busy day. We did not need to negotiate one little bit. He respected our wishes for this purchase, had our best interests in mind, and was fair from moment number one. Our finance mgr was also a pleasure to work with and even offered ways for my family to save money. She complemented my young family and even handed my husband a handful of tootsie rolls out her personal stash. I highly recommend this dealership and this team to anyone looking for a new car.
