Just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma from Jack Parra and had a great experience from the minute we walk in the door to the time they handed us the keys. Jack and Gloria were wounderful and made buying the truck a pleasant experience. Would recommend This dealership to friends and family.

After 10 years of driving a 1997 Saturn that was...

After 10 years of driving a 1997 Saturn that was literally given to me by an old lady, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I went car shopping to lease a car, with the intention of buying the car at the end of the lease. As a single young woman, I had bad experiences at a couple of other dealers in the area, who obviously assumed they could pull the wool over my eyes and offered me terrible deals. I came to Toyota of Wallingford and was offered a much better deal by Evan Douglas and Frank Mikolike. They were kind and respectful, and they took the time to explain the terms of the lease. Most importantly, they were very transparent in the lease deal they were offering. They showed me all the numbers I was asking for (whereas at the other dealerships, it took pulling teeth to get them to tell me the sticker price I was being offered and the residual value at the end of the lease, and I was never allowed to speak with the manager who was offering these shady deals). Not only did they treat me like a human, Toyota of Wallingford offers many perks, such as free oil changes and batteries as long as you own your car, as well as free manicures (seriously) if you get your service on a Monday. They are awesome!

I recently purchased a Certified Used Toyota Venza from Toyota of Wallingford and my experience was simply the best. The customer service, sincerity, honesty and passion from the staff (including Eric Levine, Steve Zion and Steve Zion Jr.) was above and beyond, making me feel right at home. I was initially nervous about the process but they provided me with the information and support I needed to clearly make the right decision for me. I am so happy and love my Toyota Venza!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a car that wants to be handled with care and compassion. Also, go test drive a Venza if you have never been in one! This is an amazing vehicle with all the luxurious amenities you could want! Thank you Toyota of Wallingford!

I met with Jack Parra and he immediately understood my needs and budget and was able to get me into another new lease RAV-4. Jack was very responsive to any questions I had and my overall experience was excellent. I would strongly suggest Toyota of Wallingford if you are looking for the highest quality of service.

I have already recommended your dealership to multiple friends. The professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness, and overall service from this dealership is amazing. I feel like part of your Toyota family now! Stuart and Gloria were wonderful to work with and we will be returning and sending all our friends for future cars. The additional services, car wash, oil changes, manicure Mondays, are reasons to come in every month, if not more often! Keep up the great work!

My husband and I owned a 2010 Rav4 which we leased. When making a call for a 30K service I was connected to someone in sales who told me that they could get us in a newer Rav4 for less money per month. I arrived on a Monday afternoon to get a recall service handled and drove out with a new vehicle! Everyone on the team was friendly and helpful. When we ran up against a couple of issues, they were handled quickly and in our favor. There was no pressure and Toyata of Wallingford lived up to their promise of getting us in that new vehicle for less money. They must be doing something right; when we were there we saw 3 different employees who, on their days off, were in the showroom. I applaud the team they have working there.
