My last experience with Paragon did not go well.

My last experience with Paragon did not go well. We have acquired 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past with no issues, but this last experience with management was not so good. You would think customer retention would be a priority. Our sales rep was great but management was condescending and made us disinterested. Nonetheless we were able to acquire the 2 vehicles we wanted from another dealership at a much cheaper price.

I upgraded from a 2020 RDX to a new 2024 MDX and I'm very

I upgraded from a 2020 RDX to a new 2024 MDX and I'm very happy I was able to hook up with Adnan Ahmed to get it done. He took me through whole process and showed me everything I needed to know to make my decision. It was a great experience and hanging out with Adnan and getting to know him made it all the better. Es un dealer que te venden sueño!

Es un dealer que te venden sueño!! Te dicen que te pagan la deuda del tuyo ! Y es mentira te pagan la deuda al banco pero te meten la misma deuda tuya al nuevo contracto! Y te dicen que tu pago es mensual ! Y es falso te ponen por anticipado !! Te dicen que tus pagos serían mejor más bajito y no es así luego a qué firmas te dicen todo en el detallazo y no es todo el auto me lo Robaron y no vi ni al vendedor y a nadie de ese dealer en ayudarme en hacer el reporte para que pongan la cuenta en hold mientras el seguro mío les paga ! Nos dañaron el Crédito ! De 720 a 575 ! Por qué hacen eso disque fallaste los pagos cuando en realidad el auto duro 1 mes y 2 semanas en uso se supone que el Dealer paga un mes y yo el otro ! Como es posible que se compró en octubre 2023 y se lo roban en December 12 dicen ellos que les debemos 2 meses entonces los pagos del dealer y el de nosotros a donde fueron al carajo! No la recomiendo nunca van a recibir pagos por gab insurance más mi seguro me quedé sin carro y sin crédito ! Y ellos me le ganaron al carro mío que les di !! Y ganaron en la venta con engaños al nuevo! Es un abuso y no me quieren cancelar las garantías extendidas para recuperar algo de dinero

This dealership exhibited unprofessionalism at every

This dealership exhibited unprofessionalism at every turn, making it clear they lacked the basic principles of trust, customer service and financial literacy. From pushy sales tactics to a disorganized and unpleasant atmosphere, I would advise anyone looking to buy a car, to stay away from here. Very shady and thankfully I caught it before signing anything.

Matias Jahsid is an excellent car salesman.

Matias Jahsid is an excellent car salesman. Since last November he has been helping me find a used car that fits my budget. Last Thursday he found a Honda CRV for me. I am very satisfied with this CRV and would like to thank Jahsid for getting this good deal.

I have no idea how these guys have such a high rating --

I have no idea how these guys have such a high rating -- they're absolute scam artists. I'm tempted to report them to Kelly Blue Book because they are not honoring the cash offers KBB gives that then provides Paragon with my contact info as a lead IN THE SLIGHTEST. They are supposed to HONOR that cash offer. Instead, I drove over an hour only to be down right insulted by the offer made to me at the dealership. The rep took 5 photos, looked at the car for 2 minutes (which is in pristine condition), and then offered me over $5,000 LESS than my KBB offer. The most infuriating part was how shady he was being with his questions, and hiding his computer screen. He asked me questions about how much financing was left on my loan, and about a few other factors that shouldn't have contributed to determining the value of the car itself. When my partner and I asked to see the numbers, he almost refused to show us his computer (probably because there is shady stuff being pulled in the background for them to low ball people on super nice cars). AVOID AT ALL COST.
