I was very nervous since I was purchasing my first car, I initially met with the manager Peter Pazmino who immediately made me feel comfortable and assured me I was in good hands. He was patient and took the time to learn about my lifestyle/situation and what I was looking for in a vehicle. I then started working with Alanna Lopez, and she was AMAZING! I knew nothing about cars and was a bit overwhelmed at first, but she explained the process of leasing and financing so well to me that I felt I could make the best decision for myself. Alanna was personable and so attentive throughout the whole process. With her, everything felt easy. Everyone at Paragon Acura was welcoming and friendly. Thank you for the best experience!

It is such a time wasted shopping for vehicles and having dealers advertise a price and then try to sneak in charges no matter how clearly it is asked. This dealer is an examp!e. Their website clearly says advertised price plus $175 plus tax tags and title and nothing more. Well that's not all they want $1400 for a lojack install plus other non stated extras. Stay clear

We schedule an appointment with sales person Alex there. One day in advance we asked to confirm if the car is ready and got the assurance and we put a refundable holding fee of $500 for the car. We also ask to make sure what is described about the car is true and car be ready to take away with a certified check as we were driving 3hrs for that. We also confirmed that in the morning before arriving there. Guess what card had scratches which were attempted to hide by a paint pen. The most of all the car had a flat tire and was stuck in the middle of a pile of car at a remote lot. So all were lies. Icing on the cake is this, after almost two months and bunch of text messages, no refund on the holding deposit. I had to put a dispute to the credit card company to get it back.
