Beware, this is not the Baierl you've heard good things

Beware, this is not the Baierl you've heard good things about over the years. We've bought seven cars (Chevy and Honda) from Baierl and were always impressed with their service. But the family sold the business to a corporation from out of town, and the service quality has crashed and burned. Been trying to get help with a bum touchscreen from our service rep, the service manager and the GM for 8 months. They're not very courteous or responsible, they don't keep promises and they won't return phone calls.

Overall a very easy process from start to finish. From an initial online inquiry with an immediate response from Rebecca, I had my initial test drive the next day with Greg Jancosko. There was no sales pressure from Greg, just an explanation of the car and its' capabilities. My trade and the deal was finalized online with Lauren and the financial paperwork with Aaron, (who did the paperwork on my 2018 accord), was completed at my availability a couple days later. Greg was good to work with with no hard sell techniques. I would deal with him again.

I had a terrible experience when I brought my car in for

I had a terrible experience when I brought my car in for inspection. I bought my Honda CRV a little less than 3 yrs ago. I normally don’t get my car inspected at dealerships, but I figure it’s still so new and I brought it to this dealership last yr and had a good experience. I was there for a state inspection and oil change. They told me I needed transmission fluid, brake fluid, and fluid for rear tires. My bill at the end was over $700! I was appalled by how much it was and on top of that I waited over 3 hrs. I wish they would have gave me an idea of how much everything was going to cost before the very end. For a car that is still so new I was very upset by how much “maintenance” it needed. Being a young woman and coming in on my own, I felt robbed and taken advantage of. I won’t be coming back

Our experience from start to finish was fantastic.

Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted pleasantly and patiently. We had a conversation instead of an immediate sales pitch and that made us feel respected as well as not just “another potential sale.” Greg Jancosko was our salesman, and I can’t say enough good things about him. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision in any way. He was incredibly fair, and based on his actions and advice, ensured us that WE came first.
