Rob Centola is a keeper! The man is so professional and personable. So very helpful. Answered anything we asked! Even extended his help to any questions after we leased. He offered to help us with new tech that we don't quite understand as we are in our 70's young 70's ! Just wanted to add when the financial wiz showed up nickname Sissy to do the financing was a hoot!

You will only disturb them by wanting a car.
This was the most unpleasant car-buying experience of my life. The salesman could not get this car ready for a week. Well, I agreed. I probably should have walked at that point. He asked that I put money down of the car. Well, I agreed. It was the right car, mileage and price. I got nothing but grief from the salesperson to the finance person I was supposed to get a call when the car was detailed. I called exactly a week later, the car still was not detailed. It appeared as if I was inconveniencing them for wanting to purchase a car. The finance person was as mean as a snake. I was paying cash for a used car. The finance person basically told me that I was making a mistake and this car will certainly need repairs. (This being reasoning for buying the extended warranty.) Your scare tactics are despicable. It makes me think that you are nothing more than a minion working for Gru. It's pretty toxic in this place!

Horrible Car Dealership - Avoid them!
These guys are very dishonest! Do not do business with them! Tried to lease a Honda Civic at Bierle. Wanted no money down on a lease. The first proposal they sent me was sky high and clearly was out of line with actual costs. I know my math and have a good friend in the car business. When I asked them to explain how they came up with the numbers, they could not. Sent me new figures 3 hours later and the monthly price was more almost $100 dollars less, but it was correct. Submitted all my paperwork by 3:00 PM, in plenty of time to beat the lease deal ending that day. Got a call from them around 6:00 PM asking for proof of residency so sent them a utility bill by 6:15. At 7 PM they called and said I missed the deadline so I would not be eligible for the deal. The next day i was presented with new contracts with much higher monthly cost and they just expected me to accept it. This is so wrong and I will never do business with them again and recommend others avoid them also.

PURCHASE
I purchased a 2020 hrv EXL this past January I was recently leasing a base model hrv but I wanted out of the so they put me in a EXL but now I'm paying twice that it's worth I'm shocked that Honda financial let me do this

Bad vehicle and horrible service
Bought a brand new Honda pilot this past year on top of all the problems I've had with this vehicle the failed promises of the service department to fix the problems have been worse. On top of being the worst vehicle I have ever purchased in my life I have had the worst service experience as well. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Purchase of my dream car!

I have purchased many new cars over the years and I can truly say this was the best buying experience ever. From the Sales Person Jim, Sales Manager Matt, Finance Guy Patrick, to Delivery Guy Brian.
