Prompt Service and Sales Experience

From our first phone call to the dealership to signing off on purchase of new car, we felt Justin Bailey(sales) and Angela Katchen(Business Mgr.) handled themselves in a professional manner. Justin knew we were 'ready to deal' as they say, and provided direct and accurate numbers to us.

Rava4 Purchase

The courtesy & knowledge shown by our Salesman Cliff Matthews. This alone would bring us back to Baierl Toyota. I will definitely tell all of my friends about Baierl Toyota & Cliff. Angela was also a big help with Ext Warranties.

Service center is excellent.

I have bought two Toyotas from Baierl and am very pleased with both vehicles. The biggest draw to Baierl for me is the excellent service center- well run and customer friendly- excellent!

You can trust them to work on your car.

My car was completed a lot sooner than I expected it would take. I also appreciate the shuttle to my home and back when the car was done.

Great experience & wonderful salesperson

I absolutely love my Toyota 4Runner! I also would recommend my salesperson, Justin Bailey, to anyone. His approach is wonderful - no pressure, educated on the vehicles and genuine. As a result of our experience with Justin, my boyfriend is switching his preferred Toyota dealership and plans to order his Tundra at Baierl with Justin Bailey.

Easy and fast, great price

Cliff was fantastic. Made it an extremely easy transaction, spent time with my wife to teach her how to operate the different functions of the car while I filled out the paperwork, whole time spent at dealership was less than 45 minutes. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Baierl Toyota

The best part of me visit was the treatment I received from the service manager. Her name was Clare, and she keep me updated as to how the repair on my car was coming along. At no time did I feel that she forgot or didn't care about me. The repair was done right and done when Clare said they be done. Over all me first visit to Baierl Toyota was very good.

Great Leasing Experience!

The promotion was distributed via email. Contacted the dealership by email, questions were answered and most of the documents needed were sent ahead of time. As a result, the time spent at the dealership was minimal! Thanks!

I was taken care of the second I arrived. The paperwork For the appointment was sitting on the counter. Fantastic experience. I drive twice the distance to go to your dealership. I live in Springdale but drive to your dealership as opposed to the one in Monroeville because of the experience.

Great service, reassurance, patience

Ben, the service rep, was excellent. He very patiently listen to my problem, reassured me, and gave me confidence that all was right with my vehicle. I am 83 years old and needed that patient reassurance. He said he would take care of me and he did.
