Get some training on dealing with women. We’re interested in a business transaction, not being manipulated and screwed over.

Low pressure sales and friendly staff. Salesman Derek P. was friendly and helpful. My Highlander looked better than in the photos on the website showed.... The finance department had a bit of a logjam, but the dealership was also very busy.

drove a long way to see a Jeep we found online. Get there and they had changed the after market wheels and tires and put on some tiny cheap junk ones.... gave us this load of crap story about how the jeep wouldn't pass inspection without the wheels it came with and the other nice wheels belonged on a Rubicon. insulting to think they actually thought we would buy that story. just want my car buying experience to not be like a scene out of pretty woman.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their service manager,... Ian, needs to be re-evaluated and educated on proper customer service. I really hope that not every customer at this service department is treated the way that I was. Extremely glad I did NOT purchase my new vehicle from this dealership and I went elsewhere.

Car back in working condition - stayed late to do additional upgrade and inspection. Efficient - all work done the day it was dropped off.
