I bought my Honda Ridgeline recently at Baierl Toyota.

I bought my Honda Ridgeline recently at Baierl Toyota. I traded my 2004 tacoma ext. cab 4x4 for it that I felt was in good condition with very low miles. I was low balled on its value but finally settled on a price. Being a Toyota dealer ship I felt I should have gotten a better deal. I was told that my truck was ‘20 years old’ and its value wasn’t there. When I was transferring the title the title clerk had my trade $500 less than what was agreed on. It was questioned and given back. In the end I was given $4500 for my 20 year old trade that was put on the lot days later at $13865? Where’s the honesty there. I’m waiting for a response. Thanks, DLB.

We bought a car here and the experience wasn’t too bad,

We bought a car here and the experience wasn’t too bad, but would probably go elsewhere. We met with a gentlemen that we schedules ahead of time. Probably about 4-5 days. When we arrived the salesmen couldn’t tell us a thing about the car. I had to go onto the website and look up all the features. It was a used car, and wasn’t a Toyota, but my lord do some research first. After we decided we wanted to the finance guy was for the most part great. We said we didn’t want the warranty, then magically they came back with a lower APR and said it would be $3 more a month than originally quoted. Problem was they positioned in such a way that they didn’t tell us what it would be with the new APR, and went ahead and just added the warranty. Kinda slimy of the guy, but I understand everyone is in sales and it’s competitive out there and warranties are a way of keeping businesses afloat. My wife and I decided to cancel the warranty, I called 3-4 times with no call back. Finally wrote the manager and got a call back. Turns out if we cancel the warranty I just gets taken off the principal and doesn’t lower out monthly payment. Whatever.. lesson learned won’t be going back or recommending to friends.

Went to dealership for appointment at 10:30 with Cliff.

Went to dealership for appointment at 10:30 with Cliff. Was seated and told he would be told we were there. Sat next to reception desk for an hour with no other interaction. Wife finally catches cliffs attention....he tries to pawn us off and make us select a car so he could make a half deal instead of having a conversation with us. Not what I expected from someone I have been talking off and on to about purchasing a car. Horrible customer service will not be returning and suggest others goto other Toyota dealers as there are several in the area. As the majority of the salespeople seemed to like their phones more than talking to actual buying customers.

Easiest car buying experience EVER

I’ve been going to Alex for years for any vehicle purchases and have sent family and friends to see him as well, I’m telling you with him you will have the easiest and smoothest car buying experience of your life. He helped me get into a perfect SUV for what I need for myself and my family and I couldn’t be happier. Only took about an hour and left with exactly what I needed!

Amazing service Anne and Donnie!

Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Anne and Donnie went the extra mile plus 100 more to work with us and then stayed over an hour past closing to ensure we were taken care of. Listen, go there and buy a vehicle YOU will not be disappointed. They are that outstanding!

Poor service center

Buying a car from them was a positive experience, but their service center is a nightmare. Told me that my car needed brakes and rotors for inspection in the front. I asked if they wore evenly they said yes, they marked the fronts as 5mm and rear at 6mm. Wanted $1500 to change both even though they pass inspection at that spec. Said the front pads don't tough the rotor, yet they wore evenly, defying science. I changed them myself to find the rear was pretty much metal on metal, and the front inboard pad was badly wore compared to the outboard pad. Service guy I talked to had little knowledge on vehicles. I'd imagine they scam a lot of people this way. Be weary.

Be Aware

Mark Perza Be aware of this dealer practices. Returned a part which I paid for by a debit card and was told they would have to send me a check for a refund. How absurd is this it's going to be 2023 and they can't credit a bank card. Nowhere at the counter is there a sign stating refunds on debit must be returned by check which there should be!! You would think it would be posted. I'm sure I am not the only one irritated over this!! Will never walk into that dealer ship again.

Drive right past this dealership, you will regret

When you trade your vehicle at this dealership they do not pay off your loan in a timely fashion causing the vehicle owner to incur penalties and risk to their credit history. I had to pay the penalties to save my excellent credit but it was their slow practices and total disregard for customer protection that caused it. I tried to get hold of anyone in the finance department to help but nobody will call back, ever. I would highly recommend you taking your business elsewhere, this dealership will disappoint you on many levels, not just the finance department.
