Purchasing a car at Paul Obaugh Ford
Mike Fisher at Paul Obaugh Ford was excellent. He was knowledgeable of the Ford I wanted to purchase. He went out of his way to obtain the exact color car I wanted in a very timely manner. His financial staff was very efficient in getting the final steps of paying for the car in the exact way I wanted to. I am "very satisfied" with Mike Fisher and staff. And I love my 2014 Ford Focus! Service Survey
I did not give you a "5" on the service because of an incident that was, in part, my fault, but one you should know about. The evening after we had the oil changed, tires rotated and state inspection at O'Baughs we found that the lights would not stay on "high beam". This was disconcerting and a bit dangerous driving. We thought that, perhaps, in resetting the computer after the oil change, someone had done something to the affect the light electronics. The next morning, when I brought my 2012 Escape in to have the oil changed, I complained to the Service Desk about the light situation on the 2013 Taurus. They were courteous and, together, we decided that when the lights had been inspected on the Taurus, whoever performed that inspection, had failed to returned the light switch to the automatic,"A" setting. It might save a minor headache and, perhaps, a moment of embarrassment to the customer, to have technicians who perform inspections, return light switches, etc. to their incoming settings.
