vehicle was in for repair changed to total loss

Our vehicle was to be repaired through the other driver's insurance but ended up being coded as a total loss by that insurance company. Your staff were very helpful and we appreciate their courtesy.

The best you could be. Everything was perfect!

We went from a F-150 back to an Explorer. We are very pleased with the change. The salesman Dean Rimmer was more than helpful, even arranging for a hitch to put on the back. Everyone we encountered was not only helpful, but friendly as well. We are very pleased with our purchase and also the service.

Excellent Salesmanship

This was absolutely the best car buying experience to date. Doug Bower was truly a car buyers dream agent. I started the process on a Wednesday and by Friday, through constant communication and updates, Doug had found the car I wanted. I live in one city and work in another. This was both convenient and a pleasure. Thank you Doug!

Five Hundred

We had a good experience with Paul O'Baugh Ford in Staunton. The test drive, the loan arrangement, the salesman, and the facilities were good and helped in us buying the Five Hundred there.
