They literally lied to me after I'd purchased 5 cars from

They literally lied to me after I'd purchased 5 cars from them and told me the price I was promised I could buy the car at upon completion of the lease was a "cash only" price and because I needed to finance that Honda "required" them to sell it to me for $7000 more! Was super upside down and just bought from a different Honda dealership who told me that was all just lies to scam me. Don't go here.

Jason was great! He respected my time and had the cars ready for me. Plus, he was a good listener, and answered all my questions. I appreciated the information he provided along with his notes on the model differences. He was very helpful. No pressure.

It was great!

It was great! I bought my first car here and, Ozzie was awesome accommodating me! He knows his stuff. I recommend to have him get you through the process when you consider their dealership on buying a vehicle

Our family had a great experience at Muller buying our new car! Our salesman Steve was knowledgable and went above and beyond to make sure we got the right vehicle. The Sales Manager Andrew made sure we got one at the best price. We have purchased many vehicles from dealerships, but Muller Honda was exceptional

Changed the price from what's online.

Called about a vehicle and they increased the listed price they had online by 4 grand. If it's 4 grand more put it as that online. One of the tactics bad dealerships use to just get you in the door.

Pasquale de Rosa is the most rude sales person I’ve ever

Pasquale de Rosa is the most rude sales person I’ve ever encountered. He was incredibly rude through text message and when I called him he cussed me out and asked “are you familiar with this sound?” And hung up on me. If I could give no stars I would. I have never been disrespected like that in my life. I understand there is a shortage of vehicles but you shouldn’t disrespect your potential customers that way.

Worked with Daniel L on a new Ridgeline.

Worked with Daniel L on a new Ridgeline. I filled out the online form for info and got a prompt reply. Daniel went over pricing and was transparent on what the final price would be and made no attempt to obfuscate any information. We discussed my trade (based on what I'd been offered on Carvana, Carmax, and other online portals) and he got me exactly the price I asked for. Most impressively, nothing about pricing or trade value changed when I got to the dealership - everything went exactly as discussed over the phone. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour.

Requested to drive a crv hybrid.

Requested to drive a crv hybrid. Was given a price quote over text that included a interior protection package and ceramic paint protection package. Told who ever I was talking to (they didn’t give me a name) that I didn’t want them and to please remove them from the quote. I was than told “ Sorry, we're not able to do that. Thanks for your interest!”. Glad I found out how this stealership operates before I wasted anymore of my time. I realize new cars are in short supply but I will not be ripped off just because things are in short supply.

The sales person I communicated with has my number. Bottom line is I will not be forced to pay for things I didn’t request. If your not willing to remove the extra protection packages off the total than don’t bother calling me. A quick review of your google ratings shows I am not the first person to have this issue.

Been a while and no call from the general manager. This tells me they do not really care that they just post the obligatory response to make it look like they are trying to do good but reality is they only want to take your money! Avoid this Stealership
