Initially we had a poor experience with Giovanni who refused to give us a vehicle quote and was not transparent on the ongoing Honda deals. When Andrew learned about our poor experience he stepped in and connected us with Jason. Jason was super knowledgeable, transparent and helpful throughout the process of getting us a new car.

BUYER BEWARE.
BUYER BEWARE. Especially if you are a women. Mark schwartz mgr of service dept. tried to intimidate me by coming around his desk and standing over me and yelling at me. I wasn’t having it and told him I wasn’t paying for something they didn’t do. If I was a man he would have never come at me like that. He was yelling and someone in the area came and shut the door and said we don’t want to listen to this. Closing me in there with him. I got up and said I’m leaving do whatever. He banned me from dealership. I have 4 years left on my warranty. I wouldn’t go back there even if I could cause he would probably do something nefarious to my car. I wouldn’t trust that service dept he’s a petty little man. I hurt his precious little ego cause I wouldn’t cave to his aggression.
