I have been working with this dealership for several years now, and it has always been a satisfying and rewarding experience. Yesterday was no exception as i completed my latest transaction. Sales Manager Nick Ioannidis is unmatched in his willingness to work with the customer to achieve an optimal outcome. He truly goes the extra mile. I love working with Nick. Salesman Phil Saissi, although fairly new to the organization, is experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. I look forward to working with Phil in the future.

If you go to flagship you gotta ask for Phil. .. Hes awesome. His professionalism kindness and attention to detail is second to none.. Everyone at flagship from top to bottom are extremely PROFESSIONAL and will do anything in thier power to accommodate yoyr needs...words cannot express how pleased i am with Phil and Flagship as a whole

Phil Saissi is the greatest. He helped me with everything from start to finish. I resepect him very much..anything i need he did not hesitate to accommodate me in any way he could... Everyone at flagship was very pleasant and eager to help... Not to mention PROFESSIONAL. ...

I had an amazing experience purchasing my first Mercedes at Flagship Motor Cars of Lynnfield. All involved in the process including Walter (Skip)Petersen and Darnell Caruso-Stewart made the experience seamless and all were professional and answered my questions and concerns and not once did I feel any pressure from sales or finance throughout the purchasing process. On the scheduled day for picking up my car, we had the pleasure and privilege of meeting Jennifer Gorman, Product Concierge,who took the time to educate me and explain all the many features on my 2018 GLC 300 SUV. The following week Jennifer Gorman came to my home to complete the process of setting up my garage door opener on my vehicle as well as answering additional questions that I had about operating some of the features on my car. I would recommend this dealership highly to friends and family.

When we decided to buy a certified pre-owned E350, we were told to see Julialisa Papagno. When we met her we understood why she was highly recommended. She was very personable, made us feel comfortable, and she was quite knowledgeable about the E350’s. She showed us a vehicle that we absolutely loved and took it for a test drive. We were sold! She was the BEST. We have made a friend who we in turn will recommend to our friends who are looking for a Benz. When we went to pick up the car, we again met with Franco Cordano, Product Concierge, who took the time to explain everything about the car. We can’t say enough about Franco! He has unbelievable patience. No matter how many questions we asked, he was happy to answer them with a smile and a well-based knowledge of the car. On a last note - when I realized that we had left cd’s in the cd player of the vehicle we traded, he was able to locate the vehicle and retrieve them for us. He went above and beyond..

Shopping for a "new" used car with a warranty can be tedious - but can also be interesting, informative and actually...FUN! Meeting and working with Paige Babcock and her well informed and courteous staff at the Flagship Mercedes dealership was a very good experience for us...and we bought a great car. Their follow-up service was a plus.

This was my second purchase with Paige and Flagship Motor Cars in 7 months. After my first purchase for my wife I was so happy with the vehicle I decided to my Mercedes--very pleased. Paige was great, she allowed me to look at many different vehicles and based on my preferences found a vehicle for me that I wasn't even considering at the time. I realize that what those in the sales business are suppose to do, but it doesn't always happy. Paige after listen to my concerns about different vehicles through our test drives, my budget and my needs she found the perfect vehicle for me. Needless to say, Paige not listened to me she took the time to go through her inventory to find me my vehicle. I couldn't be any happier--by the way the vehicle is a E300. Thanks Paige!
