Do not shop here

Worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. Dealer threw everything away in my trade in before deal was finalized. Their solution was for me to dig in a trash can outside in the rain. Hundreds of dollars of items ruined. Would not recommend to anyone.

Low prices online to “bring” customers!?!. What!??

Be aware that the Toyota of Grapevine online car prices are around 10k lower than the price you have on this dealership. The best part was when the manager told me that they do this to “bring” customers to their place.!? So, unless you are fine on paying the difference, don’t waste your time going to the Toyota of Grapevine.

Do Not Recommend

I purchased a used vehicle (2019 Nissan Altima) in August 2020 from Texas Toyota of Grapevine. The vehicle car facts made no mention of the vehicle having ever been in an accident. There was only one previous owner and the vehicle only had about 37,000 miles on it at the the time of purchase. 5 days after purchasing the vehicle the battery malfunctioned and the Sales person Sean Patterson who sold me the car but whose name is nowhere on my documents, Will Shearins name is on all my documents, nevertheless Sean insinuated that it was something I had done to the vehicle to cause battery issue. After getting nowhere on the phone I returned the vehicle to the dealership and the service department inspected the vehicle or so they said and stated the battery needed to be replaced. initially they suggested that I take it to an auto parts store and replace the battery myself. I told them no I just purchased the vehicle and that they needed to replace the battery which they did. On Monday Mar 15, 2021 my vehicle began to malfunction again it wouldn't accelerate and there was a loud whining noise when trying to accelerate and the CVT malfunction light was on the dash it also appeared to be leaking transmission fluid so I had it towed to Texas Nissan per Bruce at Texas Toyota as he claimed their service department was closed. Texas Nissan did a Multi-Point on the vehicle on Tues Mar 16, 2021 and found the following: REPLACE CVT ASSEMBLY AND TRANS COOLER HOSE(INSPECTED AND VERIFIED. FOUND NO CVT FLUIDPRESENT. FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND TRANS COOLERHOSE MISROUTED CAUSING THE RADIATOR FAN TODAMAGE IT AND CAUSE AN OIL LEAK. The vehicle had most definitely failed their inspection. I was then given an estimate for repairs that total $5694.59. I contacted Texas Toyota and was told my car had a MPP warranty that I purchased with the vehicle. However when contacted by Nick Keto at Texas Nissan I was told the vehicle looked to have been in an accident because the bumper had been replaced and/or repainted and the cooler hose had been misrouted which caused all the damage that the vehicle now has. He stated he contacted MPP about my purchased warranty and they told him the repairs were not authorized because the damage was caused by outside human error not manufacturer negligence. I spoke to several people at Texas Toyota and was finally told by Mike the manager of Service and Yousef the General Sales Manager that Texas Toyota is not liable for the obvious damage that was already there when I purchased the vehicle. The same Multi-Point inspection done by Texas Nissan should have done by Texas Toyota and they would discovered the misrouting issue. This a lemon dispute because this vehicle did not hold up for 6 months. I am extremely dissatisfied and need all corporate entities involved in this matter for resolution. I am further disappointed in how I have been treated thus far as if I caused damage to my own vehicle to the tune of $5600. All of this is completely asinine. I expect to here from someone who can resolve this issue to my satisfaction.

Deandra, when you purchased the vehicle in August of 2020 there was nothing on the Carfax of the vehicle or in our used car inspection indicating a transmission problem. You also signed forms stating you accepted the condition of vehicle at the time of the sale in 2020. The warranty you purchased does not cover the issue you are describing. Dealership refusing to pay for repairs on a lemon

Bought an SUV and came back with a sensor not working the very next business day. After going here...testing there...a sensor had been damages in an unreported accident prior to my purchase...damaged cable shows the age was a while ago. Their "attempt to make things right" and "take care of you" was to swap out the vehicle with a $1,000 more in financing. Vehicle I bought was 21,000.....they were going to "trade-in" for 19,000! Why is there a loss of $2,000 for what I just took off the lot and brought back with an issue! They refused to pay for the repair quoted by another dealership to fix the problem. In addition, the warranty we paid extra for that includes electrical "is not covered"... so the only options they are giving us it to pay more money for less of a car.

Customer service my eye!

This was a truly disappointing experience. The representative, Nasser, who "helped" me talked repeatedly about how good the customer service is at Toyota of Grapevine. I was in the final state of negotiating price when the van was sold to someone else, seemingly out from under me. In retrospect, I think they were stalling for time in order to push the other customers to agree to the price. Nasser was unprofessional and constantly on his phone, leading me to believe he was updating the other sales reps (who were assisting two other parties at the same time) about my every move. I can't recommend Toyota of Grapevine or Nasser. If you do go, ask for someone else.

Worst Dealership

Worst Dealership, tell you they have the car you wanted, after hour of driving to dealership, they don't have the car. Suddenly just gone, never going back, they lie right to your face. Took my car keys and held me like hostage until I buy a car from them.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A FEW PARTS FOR MY 2004 TUNDRA AND I WAS HELPED BY RAUL PALOS HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH EXPALINNING WHAT I NEEDED TO FIX MY AXLE LEAK ISSUE AND WAS ABLE TO GET MY PARTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET BACK ON THE ROAD I MOST DEFINITELY GO BACK TO THIS PARTS DEPARTMENT FOR ANY PARTS I MAY NEED IN THE FUTURE AND ASK FOR RAUL AGAIN

Made an appointment to go buy a used car.

I made an appointment to go and buy this car. I called twice before going there to make sure they did have the car, because of reading previous reviews at their page about them showing cars for sale that did did not even had anymore. And trying and selling you something different. Well I called twice and still happened to me. They didn't have the car anymore and were asking me if I was interested on a different car.
