Went in looking for a vehicle for our 16 year old. Wanted something reliable and safe, and hopefully a great vehicle that would last him through college.... Our salesman, Bryce was super patient with our son, and listened to what he wanted. Let him look at everything his heart desired, until he found “the one”! On 02/14/2020 I took my 2016 CLA 250 for service. Problem#1- I made an appointment 1 week prior to my arrival. Upon arrival I was advised that they had... no idea I was going to have my vehicle serviced. They advised me that they did not have me scheduled to have service done. Problem#2- I advised them that I had 3 problems that I needed fixed on my vehicle. Number 1, I needed to have my brakes and rotors changed. Number 2, I have a rear speaker that rattles/shakes when volume is on normal level that needed to be replaced. Number 3, my infotainment system needed to be updated. Out off all 3 issues the only repair they completed was changed my brakes and rotors. Problem#3-I arrived at 9:45am and at 12:30pm the service tech approached me. The service tech advised me that my vehicle needed to have its brakes and rotors changed. I advised them of the problem and what I needed done at 9:45am. It took them over two hours to tell me what I told them earlier. Problem#4- i received my vehicle back at 1:30pm. I was billed “Service hours” from 9:45am to 1:30pm even though they did not start working on my vehicle until 12:30. I do not recommend. Do not go. I rather drive an extra 30 miles and go have my vehicle serviced at the Mercedes Benz in Marietta Ga.
