Outstanding Service at Mercedes of Tyson's Corner,

Outstanding Service at Mercedes of Tyson's Corner, VA I recently visited Mercedes of Tyson's Corner without an appointment and was incredibly impressed with the level of service I received. Despite arriving unannounced, the team took my car in right away and provided complete brake service, replaced all four tires, and performed a full alignment — all in the same day. The work was done thoroughly and efficiently, and my car is running smoothly now. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer care I received from Ashley Kern, the assistant service manager. She was incredibly polite, professional, and made sure I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Her courteous and attentive approach made the experience even more enjoyable, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer. I highly recommend Mercedes of Tyson's Corner for anyone seeking high-quality, reliable service. Ken Hahm sold us a 2025 GLE 450.

Ken Hahm sold us a 2025 GLE 450. We ordered the 2025 to get the color combination we wanted. He knew his products very well and was able to answer all our questions. Not the least bit pushy and always followed up when he said he would. We would definitely buy from him again.

I had an amazing experience with Ashley , my service

I had an amazing experience with Ashley , my service advisor at the Mercedes-Benz service center of Tysons Corner. My Mercedes C-300 had a strong gas odor in the cabin that was making me sick, and I called her last minute to explain the issue. Ashley immediately told me to bring the car in so they could diagnose the problem. She was honest and upfront about the availability of loaner vehicles, which I appreciated. Ashley is always thorough, professional, and genuinely has the customer’s best interest at heart. She doesn’t try to upsell or overcharge but sticks to the facts and is transparent about pricing. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been exceptional, and I’ve always left feeling confident in the service provided. The customer service at this location is top-notch, and I highly recommend both Ashley and this dealership for anyone needing honest, reliable service for their vehicle.

SHADY DEALERSHIP!

SHADY DEALERSHIP! I bought warranties for a MBenz C300 for $6,730 and pre paid maintenance for three years. The car they sold was a lemon, after a week the apple carplay started giving issues and during rain, if I turned the electric window up, it went down. It had serious electrical issues. So, after a month, I was forced to trade the car in to a different dealership as they would not take the car back. I submitted forms to cancel the warranties and pre-paid maintenance and they told me I would get the refund back after 6-8 weeks. It's been two months and now they gave me sixty bucks instead of $6,730 which was the actual amount I was due. They gave vague technicalities to not pay back my money. The payoff amount was twice as the trade in value of the car. They have become thiefs and will rip you off. I have been a customer with them since 2017 but I swore I will never buy a car from them ever again. The finance guy Ashish is a literal thief. Beware of the finance department.

From A to Z It was a great experience in Mercedes-Benz of Tyson Corner. The process of trading in my car and buying my new Mercedes was done with professionalism and integrity. The staff is really friendly and treated me like a family. I got the best discount on the new car and the highest value on my trade. The sales staff are amazing and Sue is a great finance manager.21 The whole process was completed with Zero hassle. Try them if you’re thinking of buying or leasing a new or preowned car.

The price was expensive, but work was well done.

The price was expensive, but work was well done. My only problem was they did not fix everything I asked for and I had to call to get a status on my car, when they supposed to contact me.
