This was my third Mercedes Benz purchase. The first and last from this dealership. Definitely not up to Mercedes standards! Temp tags ran out, called... a week in advance still no tag. Called 2 days before they ran out and we were told they would overnight a new tag. Didn't show up so called again and we were told they won't do that. Hu! So tag is dead, can't drive the car. Salesman said it's not his problem!!! We were never shown any features in the vehicle, salesman didn't go on the test drive. I had my own financing but they ran my credit anyway for no reason. This dealership is a joke!!! I regret buying my son his car from them. If I could take it back I would. Trust me shop at a real Mercedes Dealership and get the customer service you expect from Mercedes! Go to West Chester Pa.!!!!!
Had my final prepaid service. This car is 5 years old, but only has 18000 miles on it, so there was some adjustment to what would have been a fifth year... service. Collin Jenkins was the advisor and provided a 10000 mile service. Collin is very capable and handled my case efficiently. I waited for the car and the service was done in an hour and a half. I have bought 3 E class vehicles from this dealer and have always had first rate service.

Stopped in this past weekend to look at a used vehicle that MB of Tysons Corner had listed on their website. While the photos were stock one of the sales... reps was kind enough to send me pictures of the vehicle in question. Drove all the way to the dealership only to be completely amazed that a Mercedes-Benz dealership would put a car in its given condition on their lot to represent their dealership. Been a Mercedes-Benz owner for 20 years and a was shocked to arrive down there and see a car with a FAILED VA inspection sticker in the window, clear coat peeling off half of the hood, front bumper was not aligned correctly as the gaps on the right side were very evident. These things coupled with a sizeable dent on the right rear door and all of the wheels had significant clear coat issues or were curbed so bad, I would bet to say they would be hard to even road force balance. The only other mention is that they do not offer CarFax reports on their website to help consumers choose or eliminate vehicles based on its previous history.

My wife has been taking her Mercedes ML-350 in to this dealer since we bought it, for regular services and repairs. As exected with luxury cars, the... charges for labor and parts have been sky-high. However, I began to notice that after almost every visit they seem to find something different on the car (and not for the reason we brought it in) that needs to be "fixed" and at an exceptionally high cost, of course. Recently, I took her car in for simple a battery/starting problem. When the Maintenance Rep called me to give me the findings on the battery issue, he also told me he had found another unrelated problem. He said the car's right-rear suspension coil was broken and needed to be replaced. Really, I replied - becoming suspicous and knowing that if I had a bad coil I would not only know it, I'd hear it when driving. I declined that repair when he told me it would cost in excess of $1,300 to replace it. Thinking this could be an fraudulent attempt to get paid for a repair job not needed (perhaps not even actually done), I later took the car into another service shop I trusted to confirm what I suspected. I had them put it on the rack and the mechanic and I went under the car to inspect all the coils. They were all in perfect condition - no cracks, no breaks. I write this for the benefit of other customers who may be getting ripped-off for phony or unneeded repairs, intentionally or through incompetence. These type of scams have been going on for years. There are honest dealers and service shops out there. I'm just not sure this is one of them. We will be taking our Mercedes elsewhere in the future.

I've bought two cars from this place. Each time, I've come out getting the feeling that I got low balled. Yesterday, they made me go through the entire... process of car buying only to tell me 3 hours later that there was a nick on my new car's side mirror and the car was in the body shop. They said they would deliver my car the next day and so far, there is no car. Also, I told the sales associate, Nick Williams , that I had my own check from my credit union and not to run my credit. 30 mins later, I got an alert on my phone that they ran my credit anyways. When they finally brought the car over, the fuel lid wasn't flush with the body. Opening and closing it didn't work. You would think paying $90,000 for a vehicle, you would get better service and a clean car. Will never recommend this place.

They quoted me over $2100.00 for a repair, went to another Dealership and the Module was loose and was unplugged so repair cost me $150.00.
