My sales guy Ryan Harkins was great.

My sales guy Ryan Harkins was great. Very honest and upfront with me about everything. My issue is that I bought the car, had it less than 48 hours and the engine light came on. I could have just brought it back but I didn't because they bragged about their powertrain warranty. I thought for sure it would be taken care of. It took a week to get it into the shop and they wanted me to pay them $195 upfront to just tell me what OnStar had already told me, it needs a airflow sensor. This is not a good way to treat a new customer.

Friendly and attentive service.

Friendly and attentive service. Jimmy went through all parts of the contract, services that Tom Gill offered, and everything so might need to know about my Chevy Trax before I ever needed to ask about it. He made sure I was excited about my new car before I had to sign anything.

Jessika Hensley was so great to work with!

Jessika Hensley was so great to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. She even helped me out of my negative equity on my trade-in! Would 100% recommend her over and over again!

I recently purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler from Tom Gill Chevrolet. Jessika Hensley worked with me and made the process flawless. She gave me her undivided attention and made the process of buying a new vehicle an almost pleasant experience. I truly felt like she had my best interest in mind. She was even great at following up to make sure that everything went well afterwards. 10/10 would purchase another vehicle from Tom Gill Chevrolet.

Matt was friendly and very informative. My husband was hesitant on buying a car but Matt was very patient and answered all of his questions. We have only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far, so good.
