We had our 2021 Trailblazer serviced here.

We had our 2021 Trailblazer serviced here. Our radio became faulty after 5 months of having it. We took it in (June 2021), but they stated it was working fine for them. The same day we took it home, it stopped working again. The backup camera would work driving forward, the radio screen would take about 20-30 minutes to start. So I called back and stated we would like a new one ordered. We were told at least different 3 times that the radio had been ordered but it was on back order, when in fact, it had never been ordered. Then they stated in April of this year that they wouldn't replace it because it was outside of warranty, but we had complained about it several times while in warranty. Finally we were told that they would cover the cost to replace it, I even had them include that on the paper work order that the cost would be "$0". However, they did not honor that and still charged us $67 to replace. I understand that this is not a ton of money, however they did not stand by what they stated and wrote in writing. We will never recommend nor use Ed Martin for service or purchasing ever again.

I am working on finances and was wanting to be more

I am working on finances and was wanting to be more practical. I found an ideal vehicle for my situation and contacted Roger right away. I put my financing plus trade together. Roger helped me through the whole process. He understood how much I wanted the vehicle and kept me updated on everything. I was working on trying to find something that would lower monthly payments and a vehicle that worked best for family and payments. Roger is the best and will gladly work with you. I strongly recommend. I had previously went to another dealership and was given run around treatment even though I had told them that I needed lower monthly payments.

Do NOT buy from here!

Do NOT buy from here! They sold the vehicle I was driving 2 hours to look at 20 minutes before my arrival. After they said the vehicle would be there waiting for me. They did not send in my pay off check on my trade in so my credit score was knocked down 45 points! The vehicles are not checked over before they leave the lot. Already took the vehicle back for 1 repair and will have to drive back for a second repair in a couple weeks.

I’m very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience. At approximately 10am on the day that you came in, you texted me about availability of the vehicle. At that point I confirmed availability. At approximately 3pm the vehicle was sold and I immediately let you know this. Unfortunately, we do not "hold" vehicles and I apologize it sold prior to your arrival. We do a very thorough inspection on every preowned vehicle that we sell. The last thing we want is to get a call that you're having issues with your vehicle that you just bought. However, sometimes things happen and we try to resolve them as quickly as possible and I feel like that was the case here. As soon you let me know that the check engine light came on, I had you get it diagnosed. Once I had that diagnosis, we ordered the catalytic converter so that it would be in stock when you came in. I know that it is a long trip to come to the dealership and if you would like, I can arrange for your vehicle to be picked up and taken back to you for any repairs in the future. If you would like that, we will provide a loaner vehicle for you as well. Lastly, I want to address the payoff on your previous loan. We did mail a payoff check promptly after the deal was completely and I sent you a copy of said check. Unfortunately, the check was never processed by the lending institution. Once it was brought to my attention it was handled immediately. Again, I apologize that you haven't been pleased with your experience. We will reach out closer to your next appointment time to see if you would like to take advantage of the pick up and delivery option.

My mother’s vehicle needed a repair.

My mother’s vehicle needed a repair. John sold her this vehicle earlier and jumped right in to help us out with the Service Dept - and Tiffany was awesome keeping us in the loop along the way. John is proof of service after the sale - thanks again!

The first person responded that he would help me as soon...

The first person responded that he would help me as soon as he could. I did not hear back until the next day. A second person I contacted gave me the info that the car was interested in had been sold. In the meantime a car at another dealership I was interested in was sold as well. Not very impressed with Ed martin

This sales man was the absolute worst I have ever felt...

This sales man was the absolute worst I have ever felt with. He approached me as I was looking at a truck and I asked to see the inside. Was all fine till I asked to test drive the truck he came back with if you can’t pay full asking price for the truck you can not drive it. (Knowing I’m a young buyer that’s fine but very rude) I was doing a inspection on the truck and loved it so he let me drive it. Drive it and then revived a phone call asking why we have been gone so long and making nasty remarks. I will not ever deal with this salesman ever again he’s worthless.
