BEWARE!! Of Chris Wallace Service consultant at Mays automotive Aurora Missouri. I took my 2015 dodge charger to Mays automotive Aurora Missouri to have... a tire sensor replaced it was covered under my extended insurance that I purchased at Pinegar Chevrolet I pacifically talk to Chris Wallace and explain to him he needed to call Steve Johnson at service department at Pinegar Chevrolet he said I will take care of it he did not call Steve so while I’m waiting on my tire sensor to be put on Chris Wallace comes out and tells me my car needs $1830.19 work done on my car I took his piece of paper and didn’t say a word then he comes out and says your car is ready to go just pay your hundred dollar deductible and you are all set again I told him I didn’t have the $100 that Steve was taking care of it he tells me to pay it then take my receipt Pinegar and talk to the man sold me my insurance policy he said they wasn’t allowed to sell me a policy with no deductible I paid $100 and I took my receipt to republic and I talk to Steve Steve said Chris Wallace never called him Chris Wallace never listen to me and he never called Steve said he lied to me about it Chris Wallace either didn’t listen to me or he chose not to listen to me because of Chris Wallace I had to make a trip to Republic and I Live in Monett he either hates women or he hates elderly people I’m 68 then to make matters worse he asked me to give him a great review that way he doesn’t have to listen to any lectures I believe he really was stupid enough or didn’t care enough that I would give him a good review After talking to Steve at Pinegar‘s I got my hundred dollars back and they was very apologetic and it was not their fault at all!!

While we do work with extended warranties purchased at other dealerships, unfortunately we are unable to ...honor a promise that another dealership would cover your deductible. Mike Barnes did a great job in helping me select my new car. Rick Mayse, Matt Mayse, and Stan Davidson all very friendly and went above and beyond to... help me select my new Equinox. Easy, good price, Luis had the car we discussed ready when we got there and quickly pivoted when the wife changed her mind to another one. Trip in finance... was knowledgeable and got us a great rate. Everyone was nice, no one was pushy, great experience overall.

Andrew in sales was great!!! how ever the Finance guy was the worst one i've ever done business with! let me just go ahead and explain, we found a car... told the salesman that we were already approved through a lender told him we had to do the credit app but just send to this one lender he said ok, the finance then sent our app to 6 different banks. I proceeded to tell this guy that that hurts our credit and was unacceptable. he then proceeded to say "it doesn't hurt your credit" so i told the guy i use to be a finance guy i know how it works then i was degraded and told i was stupid and that he " has been doing this for 20 years" and that he knew more than me. so now it is my goal to run their name through the mud the service sucks dont buy from here and go to another lot to do your self justice!!!!! but plus side LANDERS in Joplin is amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is always our goal offer our customers the best financing options possible. According to Experian, credit scoring systems allow people to shop for the best rates on car loans without having a negative impact on their credit scores. They do so by counting all inquiries for auto loans within a given period of time as a single inquiry. A two-week period allows plenty of time for a person to be pre-approved by their own lender, or for a car dealership to shop their loan application with multiple lenders. The service was excellent everyone was patient and kind the facility was very clean and orderly the pick ups on the lot look clean and healthy.
Stopped just to look for a new/newer vehicle. Kelby was great from start to finish! He listened to what I all I wanted and my price point. He was very... knowledgeable, helpful, personable, no pressure and made it fun! I would highly recommend him and Mayse Automotive. Thank you again!
