Great service

Visited for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was performed well and I was on my way in less than an hour. Their service area and customer waiting are very clean.

online purchase went smooth as silk

I purchased a 2015 used (3300 miles) that was advertised on Cars.com John Kieny was the salesman. Although I live 2200 miles from the dealership, John sent numerous pictures, answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. The paperwork was overnighted to me, prepaid overnight return to dealership. He and Doug Crisp (used car manager) even helped me locate a car transporter that they have used in the past. The car was picked up at the dealership on Tuesday afternoon and was at my destination Friday morning, in Oregon. The car was just as pictured and described. John was in constant touch with me via email, text and phone. It was a little scary buying a car, sight unseen, but Joh was very honest and reassuring. I highly recommend John and Mayse Auto Center.

Simplicity in car purchase at its finest.

Went online searched for cars and Mayse had a Certified used Camaro just exactly what we were looking for. I called Steve Shiveley and he went over the vehicle and options and condition and what the price would be as we spoke. I took my son the next day to look at it and learn how to buy a car. He is 18 and heading off to college soon and I wanted him to understand the basic principals of purchasing a vehicle. On the way there I explained to him how dealers pull all kinds of tricks and high pressure sales tactics but this was just part of buying a car and not to let it frustrate him. Upon arrival Steve brought the car around explained the different features and told us to go for a drive. We got back to the lot very pleased with the car and everything was just as he had told us and then some. We sat down he had filled out paperwork just like I was told and sent us to financing. I then told my son, well here it comes the other part that I had warned him of. Once again nothing just a clean easy deal. So Im glad he got to learn in this fashion and know it doesn't have to be stressful event and when he goes to buy his own cars in future he knows where he can go purchase one if he ever finds himself in the other type of dealerships that I had warned him of. Im pretty sure he will just head to Mayse Automotive as he is heading into Pre Med to be a surgeon and won't have time or patience for anything other.

Great Dealership

Drove from Waverly, TN to Mayse Automotive in Auror, MO to purchase our new Corvette. We saw it on cars.com, call and talked to Steve Shiveley to purchase this car. They gave us the best deal, and even gave us another rebate that we did not know about. Steve showed us how to use everything on the car, which we didn't take everything in, but offered for us to call him if we had any questions. Rob Bieber in the financial department was also very helpful. All the people at the dealership where very helpful, acknowledgeable, and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great experience!

I'm very skeptical about salesman. I don't like word games and don't like bring manipulated ! This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership ,the salesman , Alan was very professional,helpful and straight forward ( no word game crap) the price I paid was more than fair. It's a shame they aren't all that way. I will definitely shop for my next car there even though it's a 3 hour drive from my home !

Warranty

Service was great. Scheduling was a little off but Nyal took care of everything. Nice service loaners are a big plus living out of town.

Fixed right! !!

Mayse worked with us to get the repair fixed right .It may of took a couple of back and forth trips to get it done right, but in the end Mayse fixed it right and it is as good as new . There are not many dealerships left in the country that will work with you till you are 100% sastified with your car and repairs .They also gave as a curtousy car for the entire process ( AWESOME )... My only issue with the entire process was no one checked the repair or repairs to make sure it is or was right 100% and to the standard you & they would want , it is or was left up to you to do it for yourself ...

noise & oil

Brought my car in because there was a loud vibration noise, which had been getting worse. It was a fairly quick fix and had an oil change too. All was smooth
