Long Distance Sale

So I found a great looking truck via Carfax but it was at the furthest I was willing to go for a vehicle. This was the third time I found a truck I was interested in but the other dealerships took their time in responding to me and/or didn't give me enough time to make a decision so either the truck was sent off to auction or sold. But not at MAYSE, they responded quickly to my questions, all of them, and were patient with me as I couldn't just come by and look at the truck as it was 450 miles away. They sent detailed pictures, talked about my trade in which was a make or break point of the deal. I was comfortable in purchasing the vehicle and driving the 450 miles to trade in my vehicle and pick up a very clean and dependable truck. They even followed up the sale to ensure I was happy with it. The process took 2 hrs from arrival in my old truck to departure in my new used truck. Very happy with Steve and Tripp for making this a great expierence.

Short and sweet ...

Smiles on everybody's face ... not bad for an early Saturday morning ...The normal routine servicing was efficient and up tempo ... in and out - short and sweet, but no chocolate eclair..

quick and easy

I just handed my keys to them and they did everything else. They explained all when done and asked if I needed anything else. All with a smile. Wonderful

Well worth the 5 hr drive!

Found this dealer via cargurus.com great search engine btw. I was looking for a specific model car wanting to upgrade form my 2012 Buick regal to a 2016 Regal GS and not many GS models to choose from anywhere I found the one I wanted with great price & very low miles listed at Mayse. I was contacted by Kelby when I made the request on Cargurus. He was very nice to work with no pushy and was happy to provide me with as much info as possible to allow me to decide if I wanted to drive 5 hrs to their dealership to get the car. Kelby held the car a cpl days for me to get up and take a look at it. We drove up and while the car was exactly as I expected and everything he said, I had mentioned I had driven and checked out a Nissan Maxima Platinum and now was torn after finally getting to drive the GS. I was told they happened to have that exact other car. It also had low mileage and a fair price.. I searched online and Mayse price once again was best I could find for that car with such low mileage. I ended up purchasing the Maxima ...not the car I went after but the one I am very pleased with and still at a price I felt very comfortable with. The whole experience with the Mayse Staff was low pressure friendly and professional... from Kelby the sales person to management to the financing. I suspect in a few years when I am ready to buy again it will be time for another road trip. Thanks guys for a great buying experience and I love my car!!

Accomodating Sales Staff

The sales staff in the used car department were very accommodating when I did not have a check to hold my truck until my funds were available to pay for it. They held it for a week for which I'm thankful. I haven't had any other dealer in my 45 years of car buying hold a vehicle on a handshake. I consider this very accommodating.

I would recommend Mayse to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I just purchased my fourth vehicle in a row from Mike Lanipher at Mayse. They have the best deals in the area! The service is friendly. I test drove my SRX on Thursday and went back Saturday afternoon to make my purchase. Mike and Jeff had our car financed and us ready to leave in about an hour!

I would recommend this dealership to everyone

I was very fortunate in having Steve Shiveley as my dealer at Mayse Automotive. I am very happy with my purchase he worked with me diligently to make this purchase possible. I hadn't made up my mind and I wanted to sleep on it before I made my decision. So instead of just walking out the door without a car I was able to take it for 24 hours to better make my decision. There were a couple of things that needed to be worked out with the car and they fixed everything. No questions asked. Just "OK, we will do that". That made all the difference in the world and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Mayse and Steve Shiveley you all did a great job!

Great Service

Having grown up in the area, I have always heard how great Mayse is to work with, and this proved it to me. I found the truck I wanted online, set up an appointment to test drive, and drove the truck home that night. They were fair in negotiations, and bent over backwards to get me the deal that I wanted. In our deal, they agreed to install a couple of aftermarket items, and that was done within a week, and they provided a loaner vehicle for the day/night. All-in-all, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will be back.

Internet find

I was looking for a particular 2016 or 2017 Camaro, The 1SS convertible. Mays had one in a great color, even though I was in Texas I decided to drive in and pick it up. I did feel like I lost my negotiating power (after driving so far) of credibly walking away and I received a token discount. I did make the deal, everyone was professional at Mays. The price that I paid was worth it, I love the car.

operate the car

When I purchased the car I was not shown how to operate the car and also bought the car because it was advertise for 35 miles a gal, and that is not true. only does 31 hwy. miles per gal.
