ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Starting with the service manager Paul to the service Advisor Armando with his made up stories of me contaminating the freon so they can blame me for my air conditioning issues when the only place that i ever brought my vehicle is Kia of Riverside reason being my vehicle is still under warranty. I brought my Forte in for blowing warm air when the air conditioning was on for few weeks now., They found nothing to be wrong when apparently, they did a diagnosis, it miraculously started blowing cold air now. Very skeptical at this point that they found nothing wrong when something was wrong to begin with. Sure enough 15 miles after driving home air conditioning was warm again. Next morning back at the dealership now they are telling me that they found traces of contamination in my freon. So who added the wrong freon in my system to make it blow cold for 30 min only?? This is the first time my vehicle has been to a Kia dealership ever because it's still under warranty. So they asked me if i tried adding freon ever myself. Are you seriously asking me this question? That's when i totally lost trust in them. Trying to cover up by blaming me! So, when i asked for them to refill my freon at the manufacture specifications at no cost to me they tried to send me to a different location at a cost of course. Since i don't believe them, I refused to listen to their stories and they wished me GOOD LUCK with my Kia.

I did preappoval on line and Linda got back to me very quickly. She was very knowledgeable about the process. Within a couple of emails we had a deal ready to go. She was also able to secure an unbeatable interest rate for me as well. Upon arrival at the dealer she welcomed me with a nice smile. We test drove vehicle real quick to ensure I like the ride which I did. It was a great expierence everything went the way she said it would in the emails. There was no surprises.
