2 words is all I need Angel Dorado - in these times we truly have forgotten how important real person to person interaction is so important in life so we can achieve our goals. When I arrived to the dealership let’s just say - I was back to my childhood (only child ) finding myself talking to the wall or should I say to the Tellurides I was eyeing, there were 4 sales people sitting outside (Angel not being one of them ), I entered the dealership and a went to the managers office and asked for some help, Mike was with a client and was the first to stop and greet me and explained to me he was busy However would be with me shortly. I sat in waiting room and Angel was helping a couple with 3 minor children- I observed and listened to this young man’s conversation and how he took time to explain the sales process and what was left to finish the transaction. The most impressive part of my observation was Angel realizing the children were getting a little anxious and how he made the couple comfortable and prioritized the kids and urgency of speeding up the process. Long story short- Angel wound up helping me- even though I was there 5.5 hours- we got to the price I wanted and drove off with what I wanted- while the others were still working o their tan lines

Melissa was waiting for us and all the paperwork was completed. My wife will rarely drive a car with a salesperson but she was totally at ease with Melissa. The Finance Mgr, I think it was Anthony was the nicer Finance person we had ever met. Answered all our questions and explained every form we signed. Melissa then finished up plus setup up our Kia connect. She has since been in touch to see if there were any questions or concerns. While we did not do a.great deal of negotiating since the Sportage is very popular she handled things very professionally resulting in a win-win situation for everyone. On the other hand although I gave the dealership 5 stars this was mostly due to Melissa and found your dealer add ons complete xxxxxxxx and other than the none essential wheel locks could not see, touch, or smell that any of the other illusionary add ons were done. Had it not been for Melissa we would have moved on to the other dealers we were in contact with.

Great service! The staff made our decision making smooth. They were knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel pressured or rushed. It was one of most positive vehicle purchasing experiences we’ve had.

I would not return to purchase a vehicle, they ran my credit on 3 different days after assuring me that they would only run it one time. They were not counting that i monitor my credit on several apps.
