Horrible customer service at the Service Center.

Horrible customer service at the Service Center. I made an appointment online, showed up on time, and then waited 3 hours and 15 minutes for them to tell me that the part I needed wasn't in stock! I even identified the part (a fuse from the recent recall) when I made the online appointment, so they knew all of this ahead of time. They also could have just checked if it was in stock when I arrived. Avoid this Service Center that does not value your time.

Carmax was more up front!

Once they got the 25k down payment, I felt like I was railroaded straight to the car. No time was given to make sure I understood my interest rate and my base payment. Mr. Finance officer just showed me where to sign on each paper. ( I wanted to believe he would explain after but he just handed the folder to me with a very friendly thank you . Yes, I love my car, but at the highest interest rate ,and 9 years to pay it off! I will have buyers remorse forever!

NEVER use this dealer for service

I felt so swindled by this dealership, I will NEVER return. I purchased a Kia full service maintenance plan from the dealer where I purchased my car which they refused to honor, and charged me an outrageous amount for an oil change and tire rotation. They double charged me for the tire rotation, when I also got a tire balance, and the wheels were already off for that. They changed a diagnostic fee from $250 to $300 when I complained about the other charges at pickup, and NEVER gave me any of the charges by phone or in writing until after I gave them my credit card to pay (every time I asked for estimates, they were vague and said they did not know). This service appointment also took 2 weeks to get, as they claim there was not anything available sooner. They had my car from 7am and not done until 5:00 pm for oil change, tire balance and rotation, and a simple diagnostic of a minor problem which I already told them what was wrong at drop off and they never fixed, nor offered me an appointment to fix. Please never ever use this dealer for service.

Rip off

The service department is a rip off. They make you get a diagnostic even if you tell them what you need. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a reputable dealership that is honest and cares about you as a customer.

I'm not happy with your service!

On November 30, 2022, I took my 2017 Ford Expedition in for a recall repair. My appointment was for 10 am, I came in at 9:45 and told the service desk that I would wait. And wait I did. All day people came in, service people walked thru, no one said anything to me, Finally, at about 4:30 pm I went to the service desk to ask about my car. The answer was that it would be a few minutes while someone finished their lunch. Ok, fine. I drove out of the garage at 5:15 PM! That's 7 hours! I know the service on this vehicle had been completed for hours, the vehicle had been sitting outside under a tree as it was covered with bird droppings! Unfortunately, since it was dark, I didn't see how much mess there was. I was waiting for the "how was your service?" phone call the next day, but only got a text with a thank you and here's a link to schedule your next service. No way. Now the temps are in the 30's and there are no car washes open. Besides the cold weather, I'm unable to do it myself because of medical issues. Nope, I'm not happy!

Horrible horrible !!!

Overall the worst experience ever! I recently bought a vehicle and I didn’t get to test drive it and they didn’t show me the car fax . I got the car and don’t feel comfortable nor safe driving this car with my kids. I told them I don’t feel comfortable and I no longer want the vehicle! I was told that everyone is already paid and they will not take the car back!!!!! I haven’t even had the car more than two weeks!! They are lairs and DARCARS do not work with the customer! You have to called them and they act annoyed when you call !!! This is xxxx and it’s xxxx even trying to trade this car back in!!! Buyers beware and do not go here!! Darcars is not for the people and all they care about is money! Also my boyfriend traded in his car and guess what there is issues with the vehicle and they lied that there was nothing wrong with the car !! Lies !! It’s been two weeks and he is currently in rental that he pretty much have to fund!!! This is the worst !!! They don’t call you back and you have to call them !! The director for used car is liar and all they looking for is a buck !! DARCARS IS HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Outstanding Customer Service in Service Dept.

I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Carlos is an asset to Darcars, I sure hope you all make him feel he's a valuable employèe.😊
