He was professional, courteous and had us in and out quickly and kept us informed during the process. Luckily, we had a tire warranty and all was taken care of. A very good experience!!!!

I have bought all my Toyotas at Milton Martin through the years because of the service department. At first, Joe Talley took care of me and when he left, Louie Fouts took over the care of my cars. (I've never met the service manager.) Louie has been wonderful through the years. He listens well and understands me and my cars. I intend to drive the current Camry until "the wheels fall off" and I'm able to do this based on the excellent care Louie has recommended to solve minor problems as they appear. I'll continue driving to Milton Martin as long as Louie takes care of my cars.
