Short Version: Salesman Josh Grimms and Milton Martin are a winning combination! Long Version: This week I traded in my 2006 Toyota Solara convertible for a Toyota RAV4 Limited at Milton Martin. I probably should admit that I am partial to Toyota because of my Solara, which I wouldn't have traded at all, if a gal hadn't slammed through a red light at the Mall of Ga, clipping the front of my car and causing havoc to my nerves and back. During the past eight years, my Solara was serviced only for maintance: oil changes,new filters, tire rotation, etc.. My biggest expense was new tires. In addition, my convertible seemed to glide down the road, much smoother than other cars in the same price range. "Old Car vs. New Car" was the question and I opted for a new car. I knew I wanted a small SUV and one that not only had all the "bells and whistles" but one that rode as smoothly as my Solara. I did a lot of comparisons - online and in-person, although I knew the value of owning a Toyota, I did have a "runner-up" vehicle in mind, just in case. On the morning my husband and I visited Milton Martin, my husband arrived in different cars because we had different things to do later that day. When I got there, my husband walked over to meet me and told me that Josh, our salesman, was young and had only worked at Milton Martin for four months. I groaned, thinking that Josh wouldn't know the answers to our questions and things would take longer because he'd have to go find another salesman every time we had a question. Boy. was I ever wrong! Josh knew every answer to every question! In addition, he wasn't pushy in the least, only helpful and informative. His complete attitude was one of "how may I help you" and "what can Milton Martin do to earn your trust and business". While in Josh's office, Mike Martin stopped in to introduce himself and answer any finance question we might have. During this time, my husband recieved an important email and had to leave me with our checkbook so that he could email electrical drawings to a client who needed them immediately for permitting. My husband's plan was to come back to Milton Martin but the process was so pleasant and fast, I finished up the paperwork without a glitch and was back home in my shiny new SUV before my husband had time to drive back to the dealership. My husband and I both feel like we found the perfect vehicle for our needs, as well as the right dealership for us - now and in the future. A big thanks to Milton Martin and an even bigger thanks to Josh Grimms!

2013 Tacoma SR5 4x4 purchase with Chris Maughon
I emailed Milton Martin and 2 other dealerships about being in the market for a new truck. I outlined exactly what I wanted and needed and what I didn't want. I also let them all know that I had recently had several surgeries and was fixing to have a few more so I was not in the shape to be out physically car shopping. Of the 3 dealerships, I heard from Chris Maughon at Milton Martin the next day. It was 2 weeks later before I heard from one of the other dealerships and all their reply was; was to say, come in and talk to us when you can. The 3rd one never replied. Chris was quick to get on the horn and find me a truck to my satisfaction but it was still on the assembly line. I was willing to wait since I wasn't really in the shape to be driving at this point. Chris kept me informed of the progress, while I was waiting on my truck. He answered all my questions and concerns quickly. When it came time for me to pick up my truck Chris and I set an appointment time. When I got to the dealership, Chris was swamped. Another sales rep let him know I was there and he quickly came to inform me that he would find someone else to deal with the other couple and would be right with me. Chris was back in 10 minutes and we quickly got all the paperwork completed that he could complete. Though the waiting time was a little longer than I would have liked, Chris made sure I was comfortable and taken care of while I was waiting to get into the finance office. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from this dealership since 1995 and I was very happy with my experience all 3 times.

Great Car-buying Experience
After the transmission on my Nissan Pathfinder failed, I needed a car quick. I had decided, against my better judgement, to buy another Pathfinder, but once I got the dealership where I had found one, they would not honor the deal that we had agreed to on the phone before I drove an hour to get there. A couple of days later, I saw a Toyota online that looked great and was in my price range at Milton Martin Toyota. I called and spoke with a friendly sales person and worked out arrangements over the phone. The Milton Martin Toyota dealership was even further away then the Nissan dealership I had driven to earlier, so I wanted to be sure to not have a repeat bad experience. The folks at Milton Martin totally "got it". They made it easy for me. Everything was worked out when I got there. I was in and out in about an hour. Beautiful car with a sales experience to match!

Chris made my car-buying experience a breeze. I expressed up-front that I was interested in an 'internet-only' sale and he was very accomodating to my request. He was helpful, professional, and responsive as we negotiated the details. When I got to the dealership, he was friendly and my husband and I spent less than an hour finalizing the deal.

Best service in town!
I bought a Honda from Milton Martin Toyota today. I checked around at all the dealerships in town. Many of the salesmen were persistent and seemed happy to show me the cars I was not looking for!
