We purchased a new Toyota Tacoma a few weeks ago. It's the first time we have purchased a new vehicle and we had done months of research, speaking with many salesman and dealerships. We were so turned off by all of them except Milton Martin. Our salesman was Matt Snyder and was just the greatest. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and absolutely was the opposite of what you think of the stereotypical car salesman. He took customer service to the next level. We were so nervous about the actual process of the purchase after hearing so many horror stories about how people were treated elsewhere. Let me just tell you that Matt and Jason(financing) made this experience very enjoyable. It will go down as one of our happiest days. We will highly recommend them to everyone we know who is looking for a new car and we will certainly be going back ourselves.
