We have always had a positive experience at Upper

We have always had a positive experience at Upper Marlboro Ford. The automotive service we received for a recall on our Mustangs met our expectations and we will continue taking our vehicles there to be serviced. I would also like to note whenever we visit the main showroom we are greeted immediately with a warm, friendly, and very accommodating staff!

Brought my 2025 Bronco Sport in heard a noise when

Brought my 2025 Bronco Sport in heard a noise when vehicle is in reverse. Doesn’t happen all the the time. Of course could not get it to make a groaning sound when put in reverse. Technician and I tried several times to no avail. Appreciate technician taking the time. Shane advised not to hesitate to bring it back if the groaning sound occurred again.

I recently took my 2024 Ford Edge to the Upper Marlboro

I recently took my 2024 Ford Edge to the Upper Marlboro Ford dealership for Routine maintenance. I was told that I needed to purchase a new battery. I advised the representative that the car was less than a year old and that I had a warranty. She returned saying that it was under warranty. However, I no longer needed a new battery. Miraculously, my battery was fine after a charge. She could not tell me how long the charge would last and that I could not get a battery under the warranty because it was working. I believe this to be a deceptive business practice to get me to pay for a new battery. The service was horrible. After I was told that my car was ready for pick up. I went to the door for them to bring it out. It took 45 minutes to bring the car out. I went back in and I also saw the mechanics taking the bottom pan of my car off. The mechanic said he had dropped a piece of his tool in the card just in case I heard as noise.

I bought a certificated used car for 19,000 and next day

As of lately, I’ve had great experience with this

As of lately, I’ve had great experience with this dealership. The most recent experience I’ve had was with Trinity in the service department. She was great in helping me to determine the services I needed, and she helped me save some money while doing so. Still, the costs of parts and labor are quite expensive.

The sales staff was excellent however we were deceived

The sales staff was excellent however we were deceived from the service department. They said they completed service which was never looked at very dissatisfied and circulate trust was broken.
