The automotive service we received for a recall on our Mustangs met our expectations and we will continue taking our vehicles there to be serviced. I would also like to note whenever we visit the main showroom we are greeted immediately with a warm, friendly, and very accommodating staff!

I recently took my 2024 Ford Edge to the Upper Marlboro Ford dealership for Routine maintenance. I was told that I needed to purchase a new battery. I advised the representative that the car was less than a year old and that I had a warranty. She returned saying that it was under warranty. However, I no longer needed a new battery. Miraculously, my battery was fine after a charge. She could not tell me how long the charge would last and that I could not get a battery under the warranty because it was working. I believe this to be a deceptive business practice to get me to pay for a new battery. The service was horrible. After I was told that my car was ready for pick up. I went to the door for them to bring it out. It took 45 minutes to bring the car out. I went back in and I also saw the mechanics taking the bottom pan of my car off. The mechanic said he had dropped a piece of his tool in the card just in case I heard as noise.

My service advisor, Michael, was the best! I had an inquiry about my car and he took the time to check everything and even test drive it. I then had to get a new battery and was lucky enough to reach Michael again and he got me in and out before I could get settled in the waiting room! He was very patient and personable. Great service! I highly recommend him and this dealership!
