My experience was awesome. Ron was very helpful and personable. Financing worked with me on the pricing and were very understanding of my financial situation.

I had a great experience as a customer.

I had a great experience as a customer. The staff did their best to assist me. Jeremiah and Gisselle were very kind. I did not feel preyed on by vultures at this dealership. Love my Hyundai Sonata! Ask for Jeremiah.

I had the absolute best experience with Upper Marlboro

I had the absolute best experience with Upper Marlboro Ford! I visited several dealership while looking for a vehicle. Each of those dealerships would get me to come in and then when we began to discuss the price .... each dealership was more than I expected. Upper Marlboro had the car we discussed ready for me when I arrived. The salesman was so helpful! The General Manager was fantastic and worked with me to find a price that fit my budge. Now lets get to financing, Tyrone worked with me until I could afford the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. Then he called back because he thought I might qualify for a better rate (I prequalified with my bank) sure enough, he did. It dropped by monthly payments by $20. Can't say enough great things about the dealership!
