I would only recommend going here if you like to be

I would only recommend going here if you like to be treated rudely and have your time wasted. Incident 1: appointment made, arrived at the shop, said there is no appointment and they are booked and it never should’ve been scheduled. My dad even provided the name of the person that scheduled him (as if he would lie about an appointment?!?). He was rescheduled for the next day. The next day comes and it’s almost EOD and he gets a voicemail that car will not be finished today and they will have it done the next day. At this point he’s missed TWO work days FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Incident 2: scheduled for an oil change at 12. They asked if he wanted to wait, he said no it’s okay i will pick up the car when it’s done. At 430 still no call that the car is done. I had to call and see what is going on as it is again almost EOD and they let me know it will be done soon and we can pick up. So were you going to have my dad sit there for 5 hours?!? Every time he speaks up on his concerns at the center he is treated rudely as if he is the inconvenience. We have two Nissans (one bought at another dealership in another state who were amazing) and one at this Glen Burnie one where we purchased the maintenance package and are unfortunately stuck bringing the car here for oil changes. Teach your employees manners and how to schedule properly. I would give negative stars if i could.

I purchased a new Nissan Kicks over the phone, working

I purchased a new Nissan Kicks over the phone, working with Jerome, my salesman and Joshua, the sales manager to complete the paperwork online and had the car delivered to my front door before the end of the day. What an amazing experience. They asked for the opportunity to beat the lowest price I could find and they did that and made it the best new car buying experience I have ever had. Nice job guys!

Ellie Markham was great!

Ellie Markham was great!!! She had a few Pathfinders already pulled and went over all the differences and options. When we test drive the truck we purchased. She explained everything. She was very knowledgeable and wasn’t just trying to make a sell. Would definitely buy from her again due to this experience. Brandon was also great!!! The entire process from arriving to leaving in a new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder only took a few hours. They didn’t try to wear you down to accept or agree to anything.
