Best Experience EVER.

Best Experience EVER. That is what I had with Aaron and Andrew at Sheehy. I hated any kind of car shopping. Yet, these two Made it the best experience I had ever had. They were never pushy or aggressive. Most importantly they listened. They gave me a great deal on my trade in. Then they met the payments I wanted. If you want a great experience Sheehy Nissan is the place to go.

Beware "Out-Of-State Buyers!

Beware "Out-Of-State Buyers!! If your vehicle were to suffer a catastrophic drivetrain failure, said dealer would only repair my Frontier 4wd if I had my truck towed from Roanoke Rapids, NC back +300 miles on a flat bed at my expense to Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie, MD. SHEEHY Nissan let my truck sit unrepaired for 5 weeks at another authorized Nissan Dealer in N. Carolina and made no attempt in that subsequent 5 weeks to lift a finger to get my Frontier repaired within the 30 day initial dealer warranty period per Toby Kier's orders. You cannot trust this dealer's 30 day dealer repair warranty without threats of litigation and filing a complaint with a case number with NissanUSA Consumer Affairs on my catostrophic failure. BH.

My purchase experience at Sheehy Nissan in Glen Burnie

My purchase experience at Sheehy Nissan in Glen Burnie was the best experience I've ever had. Cameron Dialtus was a fantastic sales rep. (I knew I was in good hands when a passerby tapped me on my shoulder and said I was getting one of the best at Sheehy Nissan.) I never felt pressured to purchase anything from the time I initiated interest in my Infinity QX80 to the end of the purchase. During my decision making and before I drove to the dealership, I had several questions. I know Cameron was busy throughout the week prior to signing my paperwork, so there were a couple times that Josh McGuire (Internet Sales Manager) responded on behalf of Cameron. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Cameron and another sales rep. I felt very comfortable. Meanwhile, Josh heard that I made it, so he took the time to come out and introduce himself. Cameron immediately took me to the QX80 and stayed with me to answer my questions. I confirmed that I wanted to continue with the purchase, so I sat in the waiting room for a few minutes. Trey stopped by to introduce himself and then we went to his office to begin signing the documents. I accepted the best rate out of several banks that offered, so I proceeded to sign. I love that Sheehy Nissan believes in saving paper. Trey's desk is a touch screen monitor, so I could easily read the documents and sign with a touch pen as he explained what I was signing. After the sale was completed, all the documents were saved to a USB and given to me. Trey was very patient and answered all my questions. Cameron went above and beyond by assisting me with my grandson's car seat. He removed it from my trade-in and installed it in my QX80. I appreciated that he stayed just to see that I got on the road. I took my truck in for a warning light on the dashboard

I took my truck in for a warning light on the dashboard "Chassis Control". After the diagnosis the advisor Frank called me to I form me there was good news only to be blindsided to explain that I will need new airfilter box at a cost of $900. The problem was I only needed the clamps that clip on the airfilter box to keep air from getting in there and it would cause slower acceleration and make my truck vibrate. Why are you trying to swindle customers for clamps that cost $12.99 for a set of 6???? I know you think women are uninformed and easy to convince be careful who you try this on you might not like the end results. I am sick to my stomach with being played so you think. Next time use lubricant.

PROFESSIONAL , Great Customer Service, Listener, Knowledge, Skills and the ability to get you what you want and need. I just describe my Salesperson Mr Maurice Floyd. I told this man what I need and he showed me what he had. And then he introduced me to Mr Josh with the same qualities. Put these guys together you will be sitting in front of Andrew the finance personnel he has the keys. This was the quickest process I ever been through. Two years ago I brought a lexus , the process was four hours. I did most of my paperwork online and next day I was in the office for 45 minutes. AND NOW IM VIP!! WITH A 2021 CHRYSLER VOYAGER!!! JOYFUL AND GRATEFUL. I WILL BE BACK. These Guys are the real VIP!!! Go there and ask for Maurice/Josh!!
