Adel for the most part was great.

Adel for the most part was great. Friendly but overbooked. Unsure why, rather then make people sit for hours, he doesnt pass people to sales reps sitting doing nothing. (there were quite a few). After completing the sale and heading out to the new jeep that was in the service area getting cleaned, I noticed that the floor mats in the new jeep VERY much did not match the car. They were dollar general quality floor mats that were a light grey vs the BLACK interior jeep sahara. I mentioned this and was brought in to pull up the ad online. The photos of the jeep online showed plastic over all the carpets and what I had assumed were floormats, so Adel refused to buy, provide, or find me any appropriate floor mats. Jeep floormats are EXPENSIVE! In looking at Jennings website on my way home. They have another jeep on the lot that has 2 full sets of floor mats in the back hatch. Needless to say, I love my jeep but definetly do not feel anyone there goes above and beyond once you sign on the dotted line and now i need to spend $200-$300 to get quality floor mats. (this is on top of spending several hundred dollars to correct the completely illegal tint on the windows-but i bought that knowing the tint was needing corrected)

Chris Halenberg is always great to work with.

Chris Halenberg is always great to work with. I just started my 10th. lease with him and Jennings Chevrolet. He always takes the time to help me find the best vehicle decision for me. We looked at other options this time since my financial situation has changed since the starting of other leases. He knew that I prefer to lease. Chris was able to find me a Trax that I'm able to lease. He was able to get me a downpayment in the range I asked him for and was also able to get me monthly payments in the range I asked for. I didn't think he would be able to accomplish these things this time around, but he came through for me as always. Thanks again Chris and I can't forget the rest of the Jennings team!

Was buying a equinox ev. Agreed on price gave credit card information and social security and driver's license. Agreed to come in on Monday and finish all the paperwork get a call on Monday they sold the vehicle then try to offer me a different car for more money would never deal with dealer like this ever again ended up buying at Tasca
