The theft insurance option of $399 is not mandatory. It can be declined at the time of purchase. Thank you

So I called for a appointment on Saturday I dropped my car off at 5 pm on Friday and the guy checked me in was very rude throwing keys at me telling me I had no warranty and I was like I have a warranty I just brought car 2 month ago then I call the guy to check on my car at 12 Saturday the guy said I have no update I said ok and then I called at 3 pm still no update so I decided to call the service manager finally she gave me answers and here I'm still waiting for my car to be done at 5 pm. Never again will I bring my car here and they still never told me what they did to fix the issue

We had a wonderful experience start to finish. Everyone one very friendly and the fact that I was alone the day we bought the car and could not take the vehicle home because of needing my husband's signature, they took me to the point where when my husband was able to be there we were in and out! Our salesman Chris Hallenberg made me feel very comfortable and actually got me the truck we were looking for. Good Job!

I had an awful experience! I made a deposit for a car in transit and agreed on overall price. Upon arrival of the car they wouldn’t sell the car unless I take their finance rate which was obviously higher than from my bank. It was shocking and disappointing. Such a bad business. Not going back again. I wasted a month waiting for the car for nothing. 1⭐️Only because of Mr Adel who was very helpful and tried his best to make the deal. Avoid this VW dealership!!!
