Wonderful Service
I have been dealing with the same seller for six years and he has never let me down I have always walked out of here with a car at a good price. I love Joe Jennings they are the only dealership I will buy a car from! Abu is an excellent person on top of seller! My family has bought seven cars from here In the past ten years and nowhere else so that says something. I will always shop here until Abu retires!

Great service and great staff
Chris Hallenberg was very helpful in assisting my husband and I with leasing a new Traverse. We walked into the dealership curious about the Tahoe, as we need a 3 row vehicle. Chris pointed us to the new Traverse and we fell in love with it. It was exactly what we were looking for. He is a friendly and helpful guy, who didn't pressure us in any way. He was able to get us exactly what we wanted for what we wanted to pay. I also went back a couple weeks later to get a TV/DVD player installed and everyone in the service department was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone, from the Service Manager, to the person who helps with rentals, to the cashier. Everyone was great and made the process painless. Not to mention the service took less than half the time they said it would. I would definitely go back to Jennings for another car and any future service.

Beware
Beware Jennings for parts or service. I needed a new key for my 2006 Pontiac Vibe. Jennings charged $45 for the look up and $9.00 for the key. They then cut a key which did not work and refunded my money. I then took the problem to a Toyota dealer. They charge nothing for the look up and $5.00 for a key. Based on the prices, I consider Jennings to be an expensive place

Great Experience
Hands down the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership. No high pressure tactics, no BS. I bought a good vehicle at a good price and the staff bent over backwards to help

I would recommend Jennings Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for great customer service! They helped me find a GREAT used car with low mileage and in mint condition .Buying a car is always stressful in most situations. Best Experience for first time buyer
I was shopping for a used car and found one I liked online. I stopped in and Adel was extremely helpful. Test drove it. Loved it but it was gone before I had the chance to go back and buy it. Adel didn’t forget about me and kept me in mind whenever a new similar vehicle came in. As luck should have it, a new trade in came in and he called me right away. This time I loved it even more than the first one so we made sure to not loose out on this one. Adel made sure this looked brand new and was very helpful with the whole process. Never felt any unwanted pressure and I would highly recommend Jennings and Adel for any future car purchases new or used.

Great car buying experience.
Stopped in this dealership just to pick up a brochure and ask about any used vehicles in stock. Was connected with Jerry Perberg and the rest was history. Jerry found me a vehicle better than I could have imagined in one day. He made the whole purchase extremely easy. I am now driving one of the best cars I have ever owned and I have Jerry to thank for that.
