Outstanding Service Dept Customer Service

Chris Mac MCElroy takes customer service to the next level. Recently I had car trouble and needed to drop the car before our family went on vacation. Mac took the vehicle in had it diagnosed, fixed, and washed for my return. He called me to provide updates and estimates with no surprises. Mac is the consummate professional and a fantastic ambassador for the Jennings organization. If you need service and want the 'best' go to Jennings and see Mac. Mac has always gone the extra mile to ensure our vehicle is truly taken care of and maintained in top shape.

Best service in town

I brought my car in for an oil change & to have the recalls updated. Chris found a few more issues going on. The best thing is that he reported diligently while the car was being tested & made suggestions. My family has been dealing with Chris and the service dept. at Jennings for years. They are truly top-notch from when you bring the car in & pick it up & also afterwards with follow-through. They best thing is that my car now runs like brand-new. 2017 Chevrolet Trax

Jerry Perberg provided an excellent experience during the purchase of my new Trax. He helped find the car with the features and color I wanted and the whole process was smooth and I'm very happy with my new vehicle. John Schmidt did a great job explaining the payment options, and did an amazing job handling all the final paperwork. John also did an incredible job handling the final details of my lease turn in. The whole process was smooth and painless.

Wonderful First Time Car Leasing Experience!

I had been researching chevy vehicles for a few years and finally decided than an equinox fit my needs.. A friend of mine recommended Jennings and I am so glad she did! My experience with the staff and service here exceeded my expectations. Francisco made the process hassle free and was incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and charismatic and taught us much about the process. John Schmidt was also a fantastic help when it came to the financial portion of the process. He was completely transparent and laid everything out on the table and there were no surprises when it came down to costs. This was my first car leasing experience and Francisco and John together made it simple and dare I say, enjoyable. I would also like to add Alain Bondi was great with online communication at the beginning of this journey.

Perfect!

From start to finish the process was painless and stress free. Chris demonstrated the less known features of the car and even walked me through the wifi setup. Chris also came in early to get me finished up. That's great customer service! The rest of the staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. I can't say enough good things about Chris Mader and the Jennings staff. Thank you all!

Great car buying experience!

Chris was very thorough, organized, helpful, and honest. I would and will return to Jennings to buy another car. The finance manager, Bob was also very friendly and incredibly efficient. Thanks to both of you for making the process trouble free. We are completely satisfied!

Great overall

I was very pleased with the overall buying experience. I called a head to inform Debbie of the car I was interested in and as I arrived she had the car set and ready for me to test drive it. When it came down to the final process of purchasing the car having Debbie and Davis working together to get the paperwork all in order decreased the time I was expecting to get everything in order. I am very happy with my purchase and have already recommended my coworker that is interested in buying a car to go to Jennings work with Debbie for his purchase.

Rust on my Traverse

I discovered rust on the front of my hood on my 2012 Traverse. A body man said it was not caulked all the way to the end, water sat in there, and now rust bubbles have appeared. Jennings will do nothing about it, the car is still under warranty miles, but not time. I feel this isn't a warranty problem, when the car was built it was a QUALITY issue. I have always owned Chevy....no more! They don't stand behind their product.
